Job Title: Construction Quality Manager (CQM) Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Quality Manager to coordinate, oversee, and document the quality control program on field projects. The ideal candidate will identify, analyze, and develop improvements in productivity, client relationships, and customer service as they relate to the quality management system.
Responsibilities
+ Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the project.
+ Oversee the implementation of project-specific construction Quality Plans at job locations.
+ Perform project site audits to ensure adherence to company SOPs, project plans, and specifications.
+ Lead quality investigations on project issues as they arise at construction projects.
+ Document construction quality control and maintain reporting requirements, including photo documentation and written reports.
+ Gather and maintain Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) submittals for applicable projects.
+ Lead communication on customer concerns regarding construction quality and coordinate adjustments with Construction and Management teams.
+ Prepare and conduct preparatory and initial meetings.
+ Gather and submit required material submittals after comparing to plans and specifications, and maintain a submittal registry.
+ Check material and equipment received against approved submittals, plans, and specifications.
+ Receive daily reports from the Site Superintendent and/or SSHO for inclusion into daily reports.
+ Submit Daily QC report to the client and distribute internally to the project team.
+ Document work progress on site and quality control issues via job notes, photos, and meeting minutes.
+ Maintain a QC Deficiency log and issue deficiency notifications.
+ Maintain red-line or as-builts on the project site.
+ Generate RFIs in conjunction with the Project Manager.
+ Generate and disperse Government inspections and sign-offs.
+ Maintain daily reports in a binder for Client personnel.
+ Maintain a testing log and schedule third-party testing, collect, submit, and maintain all reports.
+ Generate and maintain punch lists for sub-contractors on site, monitor completions, and collect signed punch list completion sheets.
+ Develop, schedule, and conduct owner training as necessary.
+ Gather, prepare, and submit O&M data.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ A minimum of five years of federal construction and/or quality control experience.
+ Familiarity with federal construction processes.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ OSHA 30-hour certification required.
+ Active Construction Quality Management (CQM) certificate required.
+ Demonstrable Quality Control Management experience.
+ Must possess a 4-year degree.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6 is a plus.
+ Construction Health & Safety Technician certification is desired.
+ Familiar with requirements of USACE EM 385-1-1 and experience in hazard identification and safety compliance.
+ Five years of combined experience as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or SSHO.
+ Experience with projects similar in size and type of construction contracts, including major trades.
+ Experience with ECMS (NAVFAC software) is a plus.
+ Mechanical project oversight experience is ideal.
+ Ideal candidate will be local to Kings Bay, GA.
Work Environment
The Construction Quality Manager will provide oversight on projects throughout Kings Bay Submarine Base in Kings Bay, GA. The ideal candidate will be local or has plans to stay in the Kingsland, GA area. The company offers the ability to pay for per diem/travel due to the backlog of work in the Southeast region.

What will you do?

+ Perform duties such as moving and cleaning shelves, installing new racks and shelves, displaying merchandise properly, placing shelf strips and attaching tags properly, checking date codes and plan-o-gram integrity, and processing pack-outs, restocks, and reorders as necessary.
+ Partner with store personnel and co-workers to achieve and maintain merchandising excellence, discuss changes, and build an effective working relationship.
+ Report and discuss observations and issues with the Mandate Senior Area Manager/Mandate Area Manager.
+ Effectively and accurately work with web-based applications to indicate work availability, check schedule for work assignments, accept work assignments, receive work documentations and information, record work start and completion times, record work mileage, rework work expenses, record work time and attendance, and complete training activities.
+ Effectively and accurately prepare, process, submit, and manage documentation related to assigned reset and remodel work.
+ Perform the job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Utilize proper safety techniques and equipment when necessary. Be proactive in alerting management to any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

This position, an employee of the Nassau County Health Department (NCHD), works to protect, promote, and improve the health of all people in Florida through integrated state, county, and community efforts. Employee will be operating a state vehicle to service clients at multiple sites within the Nassau and Baker County areas. Participates in outreach events and QI projects. Performs other duties as assigned by Public Health Nutritionist Supervisor and/or Nutrition Program Director.
Your Specific Responsibilities:
* Interviewing potentially eligible clients via telephone and in person.
* Accurately and appropriately entering all WIC information into FL-Wise.
* Ensures duplicate clients are not created and if a duplicate is determined, follows procedures to get duplicate removed.
* Schedules clients with the appropriate appointment type for all eligible members of a family.
* Perform WIC benefits issuance.
* Orientates new clients to WIC providing information on rights and obligations, use of WIC EBT card, policies and procedures, and WIC clinic operations.
* Schedules return appointments.
* Informs the clients of their need for re-certification information when required according to the program guidelines.
* Performs administrative site duties.
* Answers telephone in a timely manner and returns calls.
* Maintains accurate inventories, including special formula and WIC EBT cards.
* Issues breast pumps according to local WIC protocol and re-evaluates loaned double pumps monthly according to policy.
* Investigates and documents incidents and complaints concerning clients and vendors. Works reports as assigned by supervisors.
* Verify WIC eligibility.
* Interview clients to determine income eligibility at certification and/or re-certification based on established federal guidelines.
* Performs adjunctive eligibility where applicable (use FLMMIS) and records in computer.
* Accurately updates temporary certifications (short certifications) in computer, completes forms, and scans forms into system.
* Investigates and documents incidents and complaints concerning clients and vendors.
* Works reports as assigned by supervisors.
* Obtains anthropometric and hematological data from clients as needed for all appointment types.
* Obtains immunization data and reviews for accuracy.
* Refers clients to other social services as requested.
* Codes services in FL-Wise and HMS EARs accurately.
* Participates in outreach events and QI projects

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
High School Diploma or GED
Bartending experience with general knowledge of restaurant and resort operations.
Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non-alcoholic, beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishes.
Self-motivated to accomplish goals, with a strong sense of responsibility to anticipate guest needs and multitask
Excellent communication skills
Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail
Must be flexible to work outside under hot or cold conditions.
Carry and/or lift boxes weighing more than 20 pounds
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
