What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Executes manufacturing operations on the production floor for buffer/media make-up tanks, glass washers, autoclaves, bioreactors / fermenters, filtration equipment, inoculum preparation, chromatography skids and/or UF/DF skids with varying levels of automation.
Follow SOPs and batch records for unit operations
Supports operation of manufacturing equipment and issue resolution associated with process equipment commissioning, qualification and validation.
Drives troubleshooting, technical support/analysis and resolution of equipment, automation, and process issues on the manufacturing floor.
Drives for Right first time and continuous improvement execution, the timely review of daily documentation and completes data entry; Identify and/or Communicate process and compliance concerns in real time.
Supports audits and observation improvements.
Collaborates with the Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing operations in support of QTS investigations and CAPA implementations.
Responsible for remaining current on assigned training.
Implements Lean Manufacturing, Sustainability, Operational Excellence initiatives; facilitate the drive towards continuous improvement in all manufacturing areas.
Collaborates in the escalation process through various levels of management when operations, personnel safety, equipment functionality, product supply and/or quality compliance are at risk.
Ensures work requests are generated when issues arise with facility / manufacturing equipment.
Proficient in enterprise systems to support manufacturing operations including but not limited to, SAP, LIMS, AMPS, PDOCS and/or QTS.
Ensure and participates in performance of cleaning, inventory, and maintaining facility in a safe and GMP compliant manner.

This position will receive daily tasking and prioritization from their site lead. The selected candidate will be responsible for operations and maintenance support of the MQ-4C Triton network and communications systems at a Forward Operating Base (FOB).
**Duties and Responsibilities:**
+ Provide real time support for flight operations and maintenance, addressing any issues related to communications and networking to include fault isolation, remediation, and resolution.
+ Perform field integration, troubleshooting, and repair of communications and data link systems in military flight test environment, including operations on a flightline, in a hangar, and in command-and-control centers.
+ Adherence to checklists and procedures to ensure repeated success and providing redlines to procedures when necessary.
+ Communicate complex technical issues to local support, the Degrader Action Cell (DAC), Main Operation Bases (MOBs), and Responsible Engineers (REs).

+ Perform/support review and analysis of supplier design data and definition of functional test requirements including acceptance, qualification, and system integration.

+ Work with system admins, maintainers, and onsite personnel to troubleshoot and repair any internal operational issues.
** The selected candidate will be put on a temporary Domestic Assignment and will report to our San Diego, CA site daily prior to international deployment while clearance(s), Visa(s), and other documents are processing. The employee will go through training in San Diego during this period. **
**The expected timeline before deployment is 3-4 months but this will vary.**
Initially, this position will work a 9/80 shift. **As the program matures, the shifts may become 12-hour shifts that could include nights, weekends, and/or holidays.**

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The FieldServiceTechnician is a key customer facing position that represents the Vantive brand in clinical and hospital settings. WHAT YOU'LL DO
To troubleshoot electro-mechanical problems, installations, and perform unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment based on customer demand and need. To provide complete customer satisfaction in a polite and professional manner while working in a Team environment.
Effectively analyzes problem situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends action necessary to correct the situation to customer.
Exhibits a professional demeanor, promotes goodwill between the company and customers by providing a superior level of customer service.
Performs necessary repairs to correct analyzed situations in a professional and productive manner.
Performs scheduled maintenance on equipment for contracted customers according to Carolina Handling Scheduled Maintenance policies and procedures and proactively addresses needed repairs with customer
Maintains parts and supplies inventory in service van and maintain van service
Responsible for following customer's safety and housekeeping guidelines when performing repairs at customer site.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Job Description
Job Summary:
The FieldService Representative role at Veolia Water Technologies Solutions involves providing
operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems across various industries. This
position is critical for ensuring the optimal performance of technologies such as media filtration,
softening, reverse osmosis, and more. The representative will be responsible for troubleshooting,
conducting maintenance, and performing analytical testing to meet customer needs and contract
specifications.
Key Characteristics
Operate, monitor, and optimize equipment performance.
Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on water treatment equipment.
Perform analytical testing such as turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, and other site-specific testing requirements.
Monitor and maintain chemical injection systems.
Duties Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of spare parts and adequate supply of chemicals and replacement parts.
Create and maintain site paperwork, and provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed.
Carry out mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, process pumps, blowers, and instrumentation.
Consult with customer management and operation teams.
Ensure contract compliance of volume and quality specifications.
Other duties as required.
Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with project teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to meet all customer site requirements .
Education Experience
Required:
High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent 2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment.
Valid Driver's License.
Preferred:
Bachelor or Associates Degree in Science/Engineering (STEM) or technical certificate in Instrumentation.
Working Conditions

Is responsible for installing new plant equipment and systems as budgeted and for performing preventative maintenance inspections on installed base as well as responding to break/fix problems in a safe and timely manner. Working collaboratively with other technicians and the manufacturing operators is expected to explain, teach and communicate solutions, approaches and actions to ensure broad and clear understanding of all in order to ensure the efficient ongoing operation of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
· Must have excellent electrical and troubleshooting skills needed in a fast-paced industrial environment.
· Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plant equipment in accordance with manufacturer specification and in compliance with plant codes, operations
manuals, policies and procedures.
· Respond to all plant maintenance issues, both mechanical and electrical, in a timely manner using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring
and testing equipment
· Adhere to all plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies and procedures and actively participate in the safety program.
· Document issues, findings and action in accordance with plant requirements using the work order system currently in place.
· Actively participate in breakdown analysis of equipment while helping the team to establish a root cause using the 5-why approach, then put
countermeasures in place to prevent re-occurrence.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of high school diploma or GED.
Current valid driver's license.
Understands PLC's and Ladder logic. Capable of reading and understanding schematics to troubleshoot and diagnose problems.
Two (2) years or more of industrial maintenance experience, including electrical applications and troubleshooting.
Minimum of two (2) year experience troubleshooting PLCs.
Experience with 480-volt motors and diagnosing electro-mechanical systems using scanners and diagnostic tools.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors.
Willing and able to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Ability to understand complex work instructions and documentation.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to safety and compliance in all behaviors and work-related activities.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment and self-manage to meet objectives.
Skill using the MS Office suite and diagnostic equipment.
Honest, forthright and of the highest integrity.
Desired Requirements:
Associates degree in Industrial Systems Technologies and at least 5 years' experience in the field. Familiar with Siemens control systems a plus.
