As a local Service Technician, you will play a vital role in installing and repairing propane tanks for our customers while ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Safely operate a propane service vehicle with lift gate and boom along provided service routes
Perform repairs on existing propane tanks for commercial and residential customers
Install new propane tanks/systems for commercial and residential customers
On an as-needed basis, perform Delivery Representative functions, such as delivering bulk or canister propane
Perform all daily functions in a safe manner by adhering to all federal and state codes and regulations in addition to all AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures
Consistent use of required Personal Protective Equipment
Depending on fluctuating needs, work 8 to 12-hour shifts

Coke Florida is looking for Field Service Installer based out of based out of our Orlando location. We're currently looking for 6:00AM to Finish, working Monday through Friday with occasional evening and weekend work based on business needs. What You Will Do:
As a Coke FloridaField Service Installer, you will be responsible for performing installations, removals and relocations of fountain equipment at customer accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Performs installations, removals relocations, surveys and basic service of fountain equipment.
Responsible for performing electrical and mechanical services on fountain dispensing equipment.
Maneuver equipment in order to perform all mechanical services on fountain equipment including preventative maintenance.
Maintain positive customer relationships.
Prepare/Install equipment in accordance with company standards.
Maintain on-vehicle parts inventory and order new supplies as needed.
Maintain and complete required paperwork, such as work tickets, parts list, electronic surveys, work order close-outs, etc.
Provide quality customer service.
Position requires flexibility. Weekends and holidays may be required.
Must follow all Company/DOT vehicle policies. Smith-System, Geotab, Lytx (Dashcams), etc.
For this role, you'll need:
High School diploma or GED required.
1+ years of demonstrated mechanical, technical, construction OR plumbing experience preferred
Basic computer skills required.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs.
Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines*
* Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Job Role Conducts all assigned work in a safe manner, adhering to all applicable safety, environmental and contamination control policies, procedures and regulations. Wears proper personal protective equipment.
Attends and successfully completes required technician training classes.
Maintains necessary set of tools required for job performance to diagnose, disassemble and assemble components to manufacturer's specifications.
Diagnose and perform designated repairs on customer or company owned equipment including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, hydraulic troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
Works in a neat and orderly fashion, constantly looking for ways of improving the methods of work, work area, and safety standards.
Inspects components to insure maximum parts are being reused to control repair costs. Completes required documentation utilizing appropriate software to document repairs performed on equipment, and accounting for repair times.
Monitors job expenses versus repair estimates and ensures that the supervisor is aware of any cost over run, prior to the job being completed.
Approaches work in a positive manner, maintains conduct that is supportive of the work Team and sets the standard for others to follow. Contributes to Team efforts by accomplishing tasks on time while maintaining safety and quality expectations. Trains and/or mentors others in department.
