The Senior Director of Finance & Regulatory Reporting Data Products is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, and delivery of data products that support mission-critical regulatory and financial reporting across the enterprise. The role is accountable for ensuring transparency, completeness, and accuracy of data used in reports including FR Y-14M/Q/A, FR Y-9C, Call Reports, FDIC 370, and liquidity reporting.
This leader will partner closely with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, Data Governance, and Technology to design and maintain high-quality data assets, drive modernization of financial data platforms, and strengthen regulatory confidence. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, clear and transparent communication, and the ability to align and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across functions and levels.
Responsibilities
Data Product & Regulatory Leadership
* Lead the data product strategy supporting all major Finance and Regulatory Reporting needs.
* Ensure end-to-end data lineage, traceability, control, and reconciliation across critical regulatory filings.
* Maintain strong domain expertise across balance sheet assets and liabilities.
Data Transformation & Modernization
* Drive migration of finance and regulatory data to modern data stack (Snowflake) in cloud (AWS) leveraging modern technologies.
* Apply AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve data quality and reporting efficiency. Also help drive AI adoption in Finance.
* Partner with Data Governance to implement frameworks such as BCBS 239 and support enterprise data management standards.
Communication & Relationship Management
* Provide clear, transparent, and timely communication to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
* Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with Finance, Regulatory Reporting, Risk, and Technology partners.
* Translate complex data concepts into actionable business insights.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Risk Management including Enterprise Data Warehouse
* Solid experience in financial data management, regulatory reporting, or data transformation within banking.
* Strong understanding of regulatory reporting e.g. FR Y-14, Y-9C, Call Reports, FDIC 370, and liquidity reporting requirements.
* Deep knowledge of various finance processes across FP&A, Controllers, corporate finance, and Treasury.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake preferred) and modern data architectures.
* Proven ability to manage teams in distributed locations.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in Finance, Data, Economics, or related field.
* CFA and/or FRM strongly preferred.

* Meet with assigned division executive(s) regularly to keep current with challenges, opportunities, and potential changes. Continually look for ways to increase revenue and reduce expenses by reviewing division analytics regularly.
* Conducts special financial projects and participates in various task forces and committees as required by senior management.
* Develop and implement ideas and strategies to improve processes and communication.

This job is responsible for daily forecasting and analyzing of the bank's balance sheets, Net Interest Income (NII), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) and interest rate risk sensitivity. The BSM Integrated Forecasting and Reporting (IFAR) team works with the broader finance team to support LOB and finance partners through analytics and reporting to communicate the story of Treasury's financial results to stakeholders. This team is responsible for coordinating, consolidating, analyzing, and reporting baseline and stress test balance sheet forecast results which include average/ending balances, net interest income (NII), treasury non-interest income and yield by line of business, legal entity, and product.
The analyst role within Balance Sheet Management IFAR team will primarily focus on providing reporting for our corporate baseline and stress forecasting results. This reporting gauges performance for senior management and corporate planning, and tracks market-driven items and ensures they align with expectations. The analyst will be responsible for explaining variances and communicating storylines to business partners and senior management. The analyst will also be responsible for helping drive OpEx saves where applicable. They work with Senior Asset Liability Associates and Managers to escalate risks and communicate key reported items and storylines. Collaborate with Business Partners during Forecast / Plan windows to assess potential updates to pools, including hierarchy or chart maintenance and exceptions.

Job Description:
The Global Financial Crimes (GFC) Forecasting and Capacity Planning team seeks a strategic, analytical leader to drive workforce planning and forecasting initiatives that support operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role is critical in ensuring the organization has the right resources at the right time to meet evolving financial crime risk management demands. The ideal candidate combines advanced quantitative skills with strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
This job is responsible for executing substantive money laundering, economic sanctions and fraud compliance and operational risk practices. Key responsibilities include working directly or through compliance officers for the Front Line Units (FLUs) and Control Functions (CFs) to complete compliance, policy, operational/fraud risk management requirements.
Responsibilities:
Forecasting & Capacity Planning
Develop, maintain, and execute short- and long-term volume and staffing forecasts using advanced statistical, time-series, and machine learning models.
Analyze operational drivers, transaction volumes, and workload trends to inform capacity planning and workforce optimization strategies.
Partner with business leaders to translate forecasts into actionable staffing plans that align with service level objectives and regulatory requirements.
Continuously refine forecasting methodologies to improve accuracy and incorporate emerging trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators.
Workforce Management & Reporting
Lead workforce planning cycles, including quarterly and annual capacity reviews, headcount planning, and budget alignment.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on forecast results, capacity risks, and mitigation strategies.
Consolidate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly workforce performance packages, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and forecasting consistency across the organization.
Risk & Compliance Integration
Ensure workforce planning processes align with financial crimes compliance standards and operational risk frameworks.
Monitor regulatory changes impacting financial crimes operations and adjust capacity strategies accordingly.
Escalate capacity-related risks and issues to governance routines and senior management committees.
Advises and directs the development and maintenance of financial crimes owned policies and standards, and reviews relevant Front Line Units/Control Functions-owned policies and standards to ensure that regulatory requirements and operational risks are appropriately addressed
Produces and/or oversees independent financial crimes risk management reporting to Global Compliance & Operational Risk (GC&OR) Senior Leaders and FLU/CF Senior Leaders
Monitors the changes in regulations applicable to Global Financial Crimes, including advising business leaders, directing the appropriate areas to implement or amend policies, standards, procedures and/or processes to address regulatory requirements, and challenging the implementation plan as needed
Participates in industry forums and monitors regulatory expectations, emerging legislation and regulation, political scrutiny, litigation and key influencers to identify and mitigate emerging risks
Escalates financial crimes related compliance and operational risks and issues to appropriate governance routines, management/board level committees
Identifies, aggregates, reports, escalates, inspects, and challenges the remediation and thematic analysis of FLU/CF-owned issues and control enhancements related to financial crimes
Reviews and challenges internal and external operational loss events, including the development of remediation plans to strengthen controls and providing oversight to ensure they are addressed appropriately
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years in forecasting, capacity planning, workforce management, or related analytics roles within financial services or risk management.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Applied Economics, Data Science, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
Strong Excel and data visualization skills; experience with workforce management platforms preferred.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to senior leadership.
Strong influencing and collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders.

Job Summary:
The Global Regulatory Reporting (GRR) team is part of the CFO-Global Financial Control organization. Our purpose is to drive high quality regulatory reports through operationally efficient control processes and system solutions to support the production of various regulatory reports as required by the Federal Reserve, OCC, FDIC and other regulators.
This Regulatory Reporting Controller II position on the FR Y-14 reporting team will be responsible for executing complex regulatory reporting processes to support the firm's delivery of accurate financials to regulators. Must have a strong desire to support critical, high profile financial reporting deliverables through report preparation, review, and analysis. This position is also responsible for interpretation, documentation, research, and extensive collaboration with business partners to ensure accuracy and conformance with U.S. regulatory reporting requirements. Additionally, this role will provide ad hoc support and subject matter expertise for projects, audits, governance routines, and other activities across GRR.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and analyze data reported on U.S. regulatory reports (FR Y-14Q, FR Y-14M, FR Y-9C, FFIEC 031, FR Y-15).
Execute key reporting and process controls, including period-over-period trends, variance analysis, and cross report reconciliations.
Validate conformance with regulatory reporting instructions through a deep understanding of requirements and effective challenge of results.
Drive identification, remediation, monitoring, and escalation of issues impacting regulatory reporting as well as partner with Technology and Data Management Teams to drive improvements in data quality.
Establish working relationships with data owners across multiple lines of business to support complete and timely data submissions.
Provide support and subject matter expertise for data quality improvement and sourcing automation projects by communicating reporting requirements, performing UAT testing, and other activities as needed.
The candidate must demonstrate initiative, a commitment to continuous learning, and the ability to adapt to changing demands and requirements.
Provide guidance for interpreting and understanding complex regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
