As a Product/Event Demonstrator, you'll be responsible for the management of effective, efficient and quality event demos in a single client's store. You will ensure quality performance and execution by conducting events scheduled by your direct supervisor. In this position, you will ensure maximum flexibility when delivering on diverse needs of the organization. This could include assisting at other stores during peak holiday seasons and Grand Openings, on-weekend and total execution results, and managing event processes, depending on the Client's specific store requirements.

**Essential Job Functions and Physical Demands:**
The position is required to work most hours in an indoor detention facility environment, standing and walking most of the time, while maintaining a degree of physical fitness to respond quickly to changes in work demands, emerging situations and emergencies. Ensures optimum yield of products through the product cycle.
Labels, dates, and rotates all bulk produce and prepped items.
Ensures all food items are in approved, covered storage containers.
Complete use and following of the buffet production system to insure quality and shelf life compliance.
Notifies the Manager of any discrepancies; for example, food spoilage, invoice errors, excessive waste, or products that do not meet specifications.
Assists the Buffet Attendant in maintaining a full, clean buffet.
Cleanliness:
Cleans, maintains, and organizes prep area including cooler(s), equipment, and dry storage.
Performs duty roster and ensures cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
Knows and follows position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery.
Follows local health department laws.
Guest Service:
Performs administrative tasks and helps guests during meal periods.
