His interest in banking grew over the years, and in 1985 he and a group of investors opened their first bank, Tri-County National Bank in Corbin, with $1.5 million in assets.
Forcht Bank was founded on October 1, 2002 and has been serving the financial needs of their customers for over 19 years.
