Dale began his career at SciCan Corp. as a research and development engineer and then moved on to RAND Worldwide as an Engineering manager in Canada before starting Hawk Ridge Systems. He holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and is a licensed professional engineer in Canada. Dale is a native of Ontario, Canada, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to start Hawk Ridge Systems in the mid‐90s.
