1947

1947 Company founder Henry Faucher moves the business to San Diego California and renames the company FOSHAY Electric

1955

1955 Henry Faucher is elected President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association

1966

1966 Henry Faucher's son, Don, becomes company President, launching the second generation of family ownership

1981

1981 Don Faucher, is elected President of the San Diego Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association

1990

In the 1990’s, recognizing the future demand for technology integration, FOSHAY Electric patented ComBase, a structured wiring system which gave homeowners the ability to interconnect all of their electronic services and equipment through a centralized hub.

1992

1992 Terri Faucher became president

1999

1999 FOSHAY Electric obtains a United States Patent for ComBase, a structured wiring system technology

2009

The advent of renewable energy and the desire to positively impact the sustainability of our communities led FOSHAY Electric to begin installing solar projects for residential and commercial customers in 2009.

2010

2010 Mark Faucher become president

2014

2014 Moved to new building down in Otay Mesa

2019

2019 Won BIA Icon award for Rough Trade Contractor of the Year
