The Front Office Night Audit Agent work the overnight shift and are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. The Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and positive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceed standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.
As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
Explain, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
Assist in all in-store operational processes.
Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services to ensure board compliance at all times.
Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.
Experience
Guest Service Experience (1 year)
Sales and Marketing Experience
Salon Experience Preferred
Current Esthetic Students Preferred
Job Type: Full Time, Part Time
Availability: Nights and Weekends Required
Education: High School, or equivalent
