Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Staff Engineer whose technical leadership will span all product lines and systems across GEICO's Specialty Lines of Business (LOB)-including Boat, Umbrella, ATV, UTV, Snowmobile, Golf Cart, Motorcycle, and RV. This leader will shape the next-generation architecture for Specialty, guide engineering managers and development teams, and drive operational excellence to support GEICO's long-term growth.

The Field Support Engineer plays a key role in delivering that vision by ensuring employees across our offices have a seamless, productive, and empowering technology experience.
Field Support Engineers are the hands-on face of IT within Trilon offices. This role is more than troubleshooting or escalation resolution; it is about helping people do their best work through technology. From onboarding new employees to supporting office moves, hardware lifecycle events, and partner integrations, Field Support Engineers are trusted advisors who keep Trilon connected, confident, and future ready.
You will work closely with enterprise IT teams, helpdesk operations, and local leadership to deliver a world-class digital workplace that blends reliability, innovation, and excellent service.
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
Onsite IT Support and Service Delivery
Serve as the local, hands-on IT presence in Trilon offices, ensuring employees receive timely and effective support; this includes remote support to Tier 2/3 offices
Partner with the helpdesk team to resolve escalated issues and proactively address local IT needs
Support office relocations, acquisitions, and new office setups, ensuring infrastructure, endpoints, and collaboration tools are deployed correctly
Provide onsite flex support during partner integrations and major IT or business project transitions
Employee Enablement and Experience
Deliver seamless technology experiences for onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, hardware setup, and access configuration
Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions on Trilon's core technologies to improve adoption and enhance digital maturity
Act as a trusted point of contact between employees and IT leadership, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement
Champion a culture of productivity, digital enablement, and excellent customer service within the local office
Hardware, Systems, and Infrastructure Management
Manage the full hardware lifecycle, including procurement, installation, maintenance, and refresh of laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot edge infrastructure such as networking, servers, and local systems in partnership with L3 engineering teams
Ensure meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and local IT systems remain operational, reliable, and up to standard
Documentation and Standardization
Maintain IT knowledge base documentation and contribute to consistent service delivery playbooks
Document unique applications, workflows, and processes within regional offices and recommend standardized enterprise solutions when appropriate
Share lessons learned and best practices with peers and IT leadership to promote service consistency across Trilon offices
What you'll need
3 to 5 years of experience in IT support, field services, or workplace technology roles
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, mac OS, Active Directory, and endpoint management tools
Familiarity with collaboration platforms, meeting room technologies, and workplace networking
Experience supporting onboarding, hardware provisioning, and office IT setup
Willingness to work on the weekend and off hours as needed
Ability to install and troubleshoot edge infrastructure with guidance from L3 engineering teams
Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to train and enable employees effectively
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-first mindset
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field preferred

Candidates will possess most (if not all) of the following:
* 3+ years of recent / relevant Mechanical Project Engineering experience with Paint Finishing or Industrial / Commercial Air Handling Systems or HVAC Systems. Experience with Sizing and Selecting Air Handling Units, Fans, Ductwork, Dampers, etc.
* Must have solid skills with AutoCAD and Revit.
* A BS in Mechanical Engineering is Preferred, but not essential. Equivalent combinations of an Associate degree / experience / etc. will be considered.
* Must be able to travel 10-15% overnight including international projects.
* Must be able to work in the US- US Citizens / Canadian Citizens / US Green Card holders welcome.
* Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.

Candidates will possess most (if not all) of the following:
3+ years of experience in automation design - Powertrain, BIW, automation equipment, material handling, conveyors, robotics, etc.
BS / AAS in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study preferred.
Proficient in NX or SolidWorks (preferred), other CAD packages are acceptable.
Requires the ability to size mechanical, motors, equipment selection, BOM, etc.
20-25% travel, mostly day trips in Michigan and Ohio, passport required; occasional travel to Canada or Mexico based on project needs.
Willingness to work 50-55 hours/week during peak workloads
Ability to work directly with project management, guide teams and communicate with customers on technical matters (punch-list & closeout).

As the Staff Conversational AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of architecting, designing and implementing intelligent and natural conversational solutions. You will work hands-on with Google's CCAI suite, including Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, Vertex AI and CCAI Insights, to create seamless and personalized user journeys. Your work will directly contribute to improving member satisfaction, streamlining internal workflows, and solidifying Collective Health's position as an innovator in the healthcare industry.
What you'll do:
Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of sophisticated conversational AI applications on the Google CCAI platform to serve a variety of consumer and internal use cases.
Architect and build robust, scalable, and maintainable conversational flows and virtual agents using Google Dialogflow CX and DialogFlow APIs.
Define processes and optimize them continuously for seamless migration of agents across various environments.
Integrate and optimize Google Agent Assist to empower our member-facing teams with real-time guidance and support.
Leverage CCAI Insights to analyze conversation data, identify trends, and continuously improve the performance and effectiveness of our AI-driven interactions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in the AI space.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and user experience for conversational AI initiatives.
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate technical concepts and project progress to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Stay at the forefront of advancements in conversational AI, natural language processing (NLP), and large language models (LLMs), and champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Proven, hands-on experience in designing, building, and launching production-level conversational AI experiences is essential for success in this role.
12+ years of Software Development experience of which 5+ years is in CCAAS designing high-concurrency, omnichannel communication platforms.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with the Google Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI) platform, including Dialogflow CX, Agent Assist, and CCAI Insights.
Strong understanding of natural language understanding (NLU), natural language generation (NLG), multi-language support and the principles of conversational design.
Experience in training chatbots by analyzing historical chat conversations or large amounts of user generated content and process data
Practical knowledge of formal syntax, formal semantics, corpus analysis, dialogue management
Experienced in prompt engineering, building, enhancing and maintaining custom RAG pipelines.
Proficiency in javascript and in one or more languages such as Python or Java.
Experience with API integrations and connecting conversational interfaces with backend systems and data sources.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, with a passion for sharing knowledge and fostering technical growth.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and a long-term vision for conversational AI.
Knowledge of training and tuning topic modelling algorithms like LDA and NMF is a huge plus.
Be a part of incident management/24*7 support for CCaaS on rotation basis.
Understanding of training classical Machine learning algorithms along with an understanding of choosing the right evaluation metric
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience Optimizing LLM engines.

Key Responsibilities

Annual Salary
$115,000.00 - $230,000.00
