Stakeholder Management: Engage and communicate effectively with senior leaders, project managers, tech and product owners, and other key stakeholders regarding portfolio status, decisions, and performance. Qualifications: Proven experience managing complex portfolios of projects or products, including prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking. Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and influence senior-level leadership and key stakeholders. Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management and ROI analysis within a portfolio context. Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex information and create compelling executive-level presentations. Strong organizational skills, attention to details, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiar with NIST, ISO, NYDFS, PCI, FFIEC, NAIC and other relevant regulations and standards. Experience: 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity in insurance industry or related field (finance, or other highly regulated industries) 7+ years of experience in technology portfolio, program, and project management 7+ years of experience with agile development, strategic planning 5+ years of experience in stakeholder or partner management. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Preferred Experience & Certifications Project Management Certifications: SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMI-PMP, AI Product Manager (e.g., from DeepLearning.AI), or Responsible AI certifications. The BSI Claim Counsel team conducts thorough investigation, analysis, evaluation, and disposition of claims and claim litigation to achieve superior customer service and to optimize claim results. Travelers' First-Party Claim Team is responsible for handling first-party claims, including Commercial Crime (including Fidelity), Cyber Crime, Kidnap & Ransom, Public Official Bonds, and Identity Fraud/Theft. Qualifications * 15+ years of software engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering experience, with a deep focus on DevSecOps, CI/CD, deployment automation, platform engineering, and release engineering. * Expertise in Kubernetes, container orchestration, and GitOps workflows (ArgoCD, Helm). * Deep experience with high-scale CI/CD platforms, including GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps pipelines. * Strong understanding of Deployment Control Gates and Policy as Code with Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego to enforce deployment policies. * Platform Engineering expertise with experience designing self-service platforms, developer portals, and infrastructure automation. * Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking fundamentals, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and tracing for CI/CD pipelines, platform engineering solutions, and release workflows. * Proven track record of technical leadership, influencing company-wide decisions, and mentoring senior engineers. * Experience working in large-scale, distributed engineering environments with thousands of engineers. Preferred Qualifications * Influence architecture, mentor teams, and work with cross-functional teams to establish the overall general technical direction. * Deep understanding and hands-on experience with software delivery pipelines, release versioning, distributed systems, and release orchestration * Experience with Development and DevOps platforms such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc. * Experience with progressive delivery techniques, including feature flags, canary releases, and blue/green deployments. * Prior experience in leading major DevOps and platform engineering transformation, cloud migration or open-source initiatives. * Experience designing service-to-service communication patterns, ingress/egress controls and Kubernetes traffic routing strategies using Istio Service Mesh Annual Salary $140,000.00 - $300,000.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
