**Description**
The Ramp Service Employee (RSE) is responsible for processing baggage, boxes, and/or cargo between baggage/cargo areas in the airport facilities and aircraft, as well as receiving and dispatching aircraft. The starting rate for this role is $19.64.

This role is in a shipboard working environment: regularly attending vessels at docks and loading facilities, at anchorages via crewboat transfers or by helicopter; working on radar masts 50-60 feet above deck or in spaces 100 feet below main deck; working also in shipyards around new construction on ships; works exposed to weather at times.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Installs, troubleshoots, repairs, and tests marine products, normally aboard customers' vessels but may include land based and shop work.
Oversees and supervises the shipboard installation of all Sperry Marine products. Stays with installed product during sea trial and makes adjustments to ensure proper working order.
Performs training aboard ship to satisfy customer operational requirements.
Provides and assists in the training of less experienced employees.
Establishes and maintains customer relationships through routine visitations and contacts at customers' offices and vessels.
At all times, promotes the company's products and services through customer relationships.
Performs administrative functions including job paperwork, time sheets, expense records, and computer entries of such records.
Prior to jobs aboard vessels, studies previous service records and secures sufficient information, tools and spare parts to ensure a high success rate.
After jobs aboard vessels, provides adequate follow up to ensure customer satisfaction or to arrange follow up service.
Prepares service reports on product malfunctions and reports of weekly activities.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma
5 years of strong technical, electronic experience; or an Associate's Degree in a technical discipline plus evidence of technical, electronic experience.
Prior experience with electronic and electro-mechanical theory.
Must have a valid FCC General License plus radar endorsement or the ability to obtain and maintain one.

MATES is comprised of engineers, technicians and administrative personnel who support programs, sites, business units and external/government customers by providing best value test asset management and metrology services through all phases of the product lifecycle. This role is primarily first shift; however, there may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
* Plan, check, set up, and operate Measurement and Test Equipment (M&TE) and/or process equipment
* Conduct routine tests, analyze data and document results
* Troubleshoot and recommend resolution of basic laboratory and test-related problems
* Update equipment status using established systems and complete associated paperwork
* Ensure equipment is ready for calibration per metrology processes
* Prioritize and perform work according to automated daily report list, hot list, or as assigned by lead technician

Position Responsibilities:
Lead a team of EME/E3 engineers to execute according to schedule while meeting customer requirements

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding EME/E3 matters, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions
Own related risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them

Assist in developing and documenting requirements for various systems and components
