Military DoD SkillBridge participants are not eligible for compensation from GE Aerospace, as they continue to receive military compensation and benefits as active-duty service members. **Job Description** In this role, the Advanced Lead Test Engineer acts as the Test Director, coordinating test card execution, setup, facility needs, inspections, and deliverables. Responsible for the readiness, setup, and execution of commercial and military Development Engine Tests. Coordinate engineering requirements, partner with Evaluation and Systems engineering, contribute to the design and implementation of new test systems, upgrade existing ones, and lead the test operations team to execute test campaigns. Experience and expertise will be utilized to solve problems, develop objectives, and impact both short-term and some long-term business goals. The position involves improving existing products and components, planning and executing within standard functional practices and procedures, and operating with some autonomy while receiving limited guidance from senior-level personnel.
