Mimi E. Vaughn became Genesco’s president and chief executive officer, effective February 2020. In addition, she was elected to Genesco’s board of directors, effective October 30, 2019. Vaughn becomes the 12th president and chief executive officer of the Company. She was named Genesco’s chief operating officer in January 2018 and assumed the role in June 2019 following the appointment of the Company’s new chief financial officer.
