Sanjay joins Commvault from the software maker Puppet, where he served as CEO for more than two years. During his tenure at Puppet, he grew the user base of Puppet’s open source and commercial solutions to more than 40,000 companies, including 75 percent of the Fortune 100. He grew Puppet’s global presence, opening new offices in Seattle, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Timisoara, Romania. Prior to that, he spent two decades in senior leadership roles at Microsoft, VMware and EMC Corp. As a “global citizen,” Sanjay’s move to Commvault’s New Jersey headquarters is a return to his roots. He has family in the New Jersey area and is on the board of directors at Drew University, his alma mater. In addition to his board role at Drew, where he studied computer science and math, he serves on the boards of Datameer, Portland Center Stage and Puppet. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. A father of two adult daughters, he recognizes and supports the importance of diversity in the workplace. He is also a “ridiculously passionate” fan of cricket - which is a source of good-natured teasing from his daughters.

Rami Rahim is Chief Executive Officer of Juniper Networks and a member of the company's Board of Directors. Rahim was appointed CEO in November 2014. Rahim began his Juniper career in early 1997, as employee No. 32, and worked as an engineer on Juniper's first breakthrough product, the M40 core router. Rahim has progressed through a series of technical and leadership roles at Juniper, applying his engineering acumen to the design and development of Juniper's industry-leading product portfolio. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Juniper Development and Innovation (JDI) organization, overseeing the company's entire product and technology portfolio. His responsibilities included driving strategy, development and business growth for routing, switching, security, silicon technology, and the Junos operating system. He completed an intensive six-week executive program at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business. Rahim holds 17 U.S. Patents in networking technologies and is a member of IEEE.
