Mark McLindon has more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur who has created and built businesses in staffing solutions, information technology, telecommunications consulting, and Internet solutions. Client organizations have included governments (federal, state, and local), government contractors, trade associations, not-for-profits, and emerging businesses. For the past 10 years, Mark was the President and founder of CA Consulting, Inc., an information technology and telecommunications consulting firm. Previously he was the Chairman of Swerve, Inc., an Internet consulting company, and President and CEO of Computing Analysis Corporation, a firm specializing in systems integration. For each, he has implemented successful business plans, growth strategies, and management processes. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Science from Duke University.

Rebecca S. Hage Thomley, PsyD is a North Central Disaster Resource Network at Minnesota Psychological Association; Clinical Psychologist, Private Practice at Meridian Psychological Services; and Minnesota Representative to the Disaster Resource Center at Minnesota Psychological Association and is based in Minnesota Region. She has worked as Chief Operating Officer at Cooperating Community Programs Inc, President at Minnesota Psychological Association, and Career Rehabilitation Counselor at Minnesota Psychological Association. Rebecca attended Concordia University, St. Paul; Nova Southeastern University; and University of Maryland.
