What You'll Contribute

Create Faster Integration and Cohesion: Act as a trusted thought partner to Consumer executives by leaning into messy, complex challenges that lack clear pathways. What we're looking for
10+ years across product management, strategy, or consulting roles with a strong track record of impact in consumer-facing environments
Strategic and analytical thinker with strong business judgment; able to synthesize data, player insights, and qualitative inputs to guide decision-making and lead change. Equally comfortable leading or supporting initiatives to move the business forward
Deep curiosity for consumer behavior, player engagement, and product dynamics; comfortable interpreting cohorts, retention curves, and growth levers with experience in consumer digital products (eg engagement, retention, monetization, etc.)
