YOUR TASKS The Agentic Solutions Architect (Microsoft) leads the technical planning, design, and integration of Agentic AI solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, specifically focusing on Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel. The architect identifies opportunities for transformation, automation, and AI adoption within client organizations, leveraging Microsoft's capabilities. YOUR PROFILE * Candidates must possess significant experience (3+ years) in data & automation solution architecture, with proven successes focused on Generative AI and/or Agentic AI solutions. * Proven experience in leading solution design for generative technologies, including effort estimation, pricing, and business case presentations for clients, is essential. * Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI services, particularly Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Agent Service, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Semantic Kernel, is required. * Strong experience in opportunity identification for transformation, automation, and AI within enterprise environments is also necessary. * A working knowledge of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise integration patterns, and DevOps practices is expected. * Strong grasp of advanced AI concepts, including multi-agent workflows, reasoning & decision engines, and autonomous agent design, is critical. YOUR TASKS * Taking end-to-end responsibility for presales projects (Transformation, Transition and Run) covering multiple service lines or technology towers. * Developing solutions & response strategy, standard versus non-standard approach, aligned to the sales strategy. * Involving in Deal Qualification to Contract Signature, Sales to Delivery Handover and for a limited period in the execution to provide continuity. * Working with other BID team members to align on solutions RACI and RAIDE and avoid gaps and overlaps. * Working with Deal Analyst to set up ADMT and create pricing structure; communicates structure & tagging strategy. * Clearly articulating the basis of any subcontractor/supplier (e.g.: Service Management/OSS provider or software supplier) quotes, including assumptions and exclusions, and the validity period of pricing - working directly with Capgemini procurement or subcontractors. * Supervising end-to-end process services related to Request for Information (RFI) or Request for Proposal (RFP) responses and winning client engagements. * Ensuring the solution and commercials are sustainable for the future, with the ability to grow and upsell. * Supporting the Sales Team in pre-qualification activities, including ROM costing or early solution shaping. * Identifying and documenting potential areas for upsell that have been discussed with clients and handover to Account Team. YOUR PROFILE General * Minimum seven years of experience leading and managing large-scale presales projects (Run Services and Project/Transformation areas - 5M-100M+) in at least two of the following towers: End User Services, Enterprise Service Management, Infrastructure Management Services, Cloud, or Cybersecurity. * Aptitude in cost estimations, delivering information from the market and creating strategy for a specific BID ie.: managing of full pre-sales lifecycle from RFI responses/requirements analysis, running a scoping exercise or engaging in a prototype of concept for agreed requirements. * Proficiency in developing formal sales proposals, and responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and Non-binding solutions (Rough of magnitude - ROM). * Fluency in both spoken and written English and German. Management * Expertise in leading BID teams, coaching, challenging, and supporting coworkers on large-scale presales projects. * Strong skills in handling organizational conflict across various parts of Capgemini (i.e. Global Business Line - GBLs, Business Units - BUs). * Developed proficiency in the Pre-Sales Solutioning Process lead by 3rd Party Advisors (e.g. ISG, PWC). Commercial * Strong understanding and identifying non-standard requirements and drafts e.g.: SoW, SLA, cost models, business cases, proposal responses, proposal presentations and project plans. * Risk identification, treatment and management. * Developed proficiency in presenting technical topics in front of a senior audience, including CxO levels. YOUR TASKS: * Working as an independent consultant and advising our clients from the automotive industry, in the process of digital transformation, digitization, Industry 4.0, etc.; * Multi-aspect analysis, modeling and improvement of business processes, organizational structures and client's IT environments, as well as defining appropriate IT solutions; * Preparing concepts, planning and supporting the implementation of prepared solutions; * Conducting presentations and workshops with clients; * Co-creating offers for clients; * Supporting our clients in key processes in the automotive industry - production, logistics, marketing, sales and after-sales service - and implementing innovative trends in the industry such as connected car, customer interaction, in car services, autonomous driving, etc. * Supporting and mentoring less experienced consultants and leading small consulting teams.
