The Residential Education Graduate Assistant (REGA) is a live-in position whose primary functions are to assist the Towers Hall Assistant Director with high-touch strategies, student care and conduct support, Resident Assistant (RA) training and leadership, and student success initiatives within the framework of the residential living experience in a large freshman/sophomore living area. The role is designed based on an apprenticeship model where Graduate Assistants are invited into many departmental processes to both observe, learn alongside, and contribute.
