Create weekly schedules, manage payroll hours, and maintain staffing levels appropriate for event and non-event days. Uphold visual merchandising standards, cleanliness, and organization of all retail spaces. 2. Inventory & Merchandising Manage inventory levels to meet demand during tournaments and peak weekends while minimizing overstock. Perform weekly inventory counts Oversee product ordering, receiving, tagging, and placement. Identify trends in sales and adjust stock mix accordingly (e.g., Rocker B apparel, baseball gear, souvenirs). Coordinate with shared retail function for seasonal and tournament specific merchandise drops. 3. Financial & Sales Performance Monitor weekly sales performance, margins, and expense control. Develop sales strategies and promotional plans to achieve budget targets. Track KPIs such as revenue per guest, conversion rate, and average transaction value. Prepare retail budgets and financial reports (when applicable); make data-driven decisions to improve profitability. 4. Guest Experience & Customer Service Create a warm, welcoming environment that enhances Rocker B's overall guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally. Train team members on Rocker B's brand standards, ensuring consistency in service and product knowledge. 5. Team Development Provide coaching, feedback, and growth opportunities for retail associates. Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in representing the Rocker B brand. Service Coordination activities are completed for adults and children on the assigned caseload. The IDD Authority Trainer and IDD Authority Team Lead have the authority to provide additional supervisory and monitoring activities for assistance under the Director of LIDDA Services for this position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Activities include crisis prevention and management, screening and assessment, monitoring, consulting, and advocacy. The individual in this position should be able to effectively and independently interact with individuals, families, service providers, co-workers, and community resource agencies in a professional manner. The incumbent monitors and evaluates services and supports for individuals enrolled in programs.     Job Description A Circle Ten Council camp staff member is a member of a team that is responsible for creating and guiding a program that provides opportunities for scouts to learn skills, earn associated merit badges, and participate in open programs which expose them to new experiences. Area Directors (ADs) provide the first level of management at camp to the team. They are responsible for an Area of Specialty at camp and have several Specialists working for them who teach skills and merit badges. Counselors act as Merit Badge Counselors and they provide direct teaching to scouts. They are responsible for mastering their course materials and creating a dynamic program for every class they are assigned. All Counselors report to an Area Director and are required to be 18. At Constantin these Areas are: STEM, Eagle's Landing, Handicraft, Industrial Arts, Scout Skills, Shooting Sports, Trail to First Class, and Aquatics. The Trading Post manager and Dining Hall Manager are also key areas of camp. Job responsibilities include: Provide the Ultimate Camper Experience Protect the safety of the Scouts in their area Identify opportunities to responsibly enhance the program Properly keep all scout advancement data and enter daily into the computerized system Keep and help enforce the policies of the Camp to both campers and staff Master the content for your assigned Merit Badges Develop and deliver to a class of scouts a fun and engaging course curriculum Develop their own syllabus for multiple merit badges to complete as many Merit Badge requirements as feasible during their camper session In addition, Area Directors are responsible to: Provide Leadership to the staff under them Ensure Instructors develop and implement a quality skills/Merit Badge program Help develop and execute a written lesson plan for the successful completion of the assigned merit badge program Manage the physical resources of their area Keep all equipment in working order Repair broken equipment Notify Program Director of needs to repair or replace Report to the Program Director
