This role will help continually drive foundry10's visual storytelling forward by overseeing and directly contributing to content production across multiple formats, including videos (short- and long-form), photography, presentations, graphics, reports, and print collateral. The Visual Content Lead will be responsible for ensuring outputs are not only brand-aligned and high-quality but also demonstrably support organizational strategic priorities and deliver impact. As part of that responsibility, they will be instrumental in shaping and executing visual content strategies at the team and organization level. This position will collaborate with and provide coaching to staff members across the Communications team and foundry10 as a whole, including two direct reports: a Multimedia Specialist and Graphic Designer.
