QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Packaging Design, or related technical design discipline strongly preferred
Work Experience
3+ years of experience in graphic design with hands-on packaging production workflow ownership
Demonstrated experience delivering print-ready artwork to professional packaging printers
Experience in regulated label development and packaging redesign projects
Skills and Knowledge
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong technical background in package-ready layouts, print profile, file builds, brand standards, prepress, production handoffs
Ability to manage multiple artwork revisions under strict deadlines with high precision

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
