Why Remi, Why Now
Roofing is a $50 B category that still runs on clipboards and gut feel. Remi is changing that-pairing powerful software with a nationwide contractor network so homeowners get faster, fairly-priced roofs and enterprises that rely on roofing get speed, predictability, and savings get less paperwork and more profit. Design sits at the center of that promise. Your work will shape how millions first meet, trust, and ultimately choose Remi.
The Opportunity
As a Graphic Designer on the brand side, you'll influence the look and feel of Remi across every touchpoint-ads, website, video, product launches, even the paint on our office walls. If you've ever wanted the scope of an agency with the focus of a single product mission, this is it.
What You'll Do
Concept big, ship fast: Turn loose insights into original ideas-then drive them through refinement, production, and launch.
Implement our design systems: Continuously help evolve our brand guidelines to be as dynamic as the company, from typography to motion language.
Shape the website: Partner with Growth and Engineering to design dev-ready Figma files that convert today and scale tomorrow.
Partner across the org: Sync with Product Design, Marketing, Ops, and CS to keep every pixel on-brand and every stakeholder in the loop.
Prototype the future: Use AI and new creative tools to test, learn, and raise the craft bar-without raising the timeline.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio that pairs conceptual strength with meticulous execution-web, social, print, video, environmental.
Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC; comfort jumping into After Effects, Premiere, or 3-D tools a plus.
A system thinker's mindset: you see the story a billboard tells
and
how that same story flexes into UX micro-copy.
Proven ability to juggle multiple timelines and keep partners up-to-date without being asked.
Bias for action: you iterate early, test often, and know when “good” needs one more pass.
Curiosity about AI workflows-and the drive to turn them into a force-multiplier for craft and speed.
How We Work
We believe the best ideas happen face-to-face-we're in office 5 days a week. Expect whiteboard jams, impromptu hallway critiques, and excited slack messages. We win as a team, push ideas, and celebrate great work.
What You'll Get
Ownership from Day 1. Your fingerprints will be on the brand that investors, partners, and customers see.
Career-making scope. Build the creative foundation of a company poised to define a category.
Competitive comp & equity. We succeed together, and you'll share in that upside.
Apply with your portfolio and a short note on the project you're proudest of, and why.

Job Description
The UX team at Cricut is responsible for user research, interaction design and visual design of software applications across desktop and mobile platforms. We design intuitive, easy-to-use software that inspires our customers, and helps them design and make projects.
The team is uniquely positioned - it reports directly to the CEO - and we collaborate across the organization to ensure hardware, content, materials, and software all work together to deliver awesome experiences. Our UX team members come from varied backgrounds and experience; all of us were drawn to the mission of empowering every person to be creative.
If you are interested in helping others realize their creativity and enjoy working on consumer-facing hardware / software, Cricut may have the dream job for you!
We are looking for top-notch, seasoned UX visual design leaders who have vision, communicate it well and love deep problem solving.
This position is not about skinning software; it is about artfully applying visual communication to create compelling user experiences. You'll be hands-on yourself, as well as direct the work of a small team of other UX visual designers. This is a once-in-a-lifetime job opportunity - the right person will have incredible impact on the look and feel of Cricut's software across the board.
You'll focus on the design of delightful software experiences that clearly communicate functionality and interactivity, while maintaining and extending Cricut's brand. You'll have the opportunity to participate in the entire user-centered UX design process - from concept through execution, incorporating customer feedback throughout the process. Your work will happen in a highly collaborative environment, where you partner with interaction designers, researchers, product managers, software developers, industrial designers, and colleagues from the Marketing and Creative teams.
Responsibilities:
Create visual designs that support compelling user experiences on a variety of software platforms (including desktop and mobile) that integrate with our branded hardware.
Deliver work that translates complex ideas into simple and useful designs.
Collaborate with UX researchers, interaction designers, software developers and QA to deliver high quality visual designs that effectively communicate interactivity.
Help drive development of a visual design system that will empower the UX team and development to move more quickly, with consistency.
Participate in every stage of the user-centered design process - visualize possibilities early in the design process to facilitate communication, create graphics to support user-testable prototypes, and deliver pixel-perfect visual designs that are implementation-ready.
Clearly articulate how and why your design directions address the challenge at hand and be ready to consider tradeoffs and alternatives to meet new requirements as they arise.
Leverage, extend and maintain the integrity of the Cricut brand in collaboration with our Creative Team (who are responsible for packaging, marketing, etc.)
Balance work on several design projects simultaneously, bringing system's thinking and a clear understanding of relationships between different aspects of the software to ensure visual coherence.
Execute to the quality of top consumer brands such as Apple and Google Nest, stay abreast of product design trends, and communicate them to the entire UX team to ensure our work and process are state-of-the-art.
Qualifications
Strong conceptual thinker who has a passion for design problem solving.
Keen attention to detail and a passion for simplifying complicated systems.
Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to clearly defend design choices with clear rationale.
Egoless, with a clear focus on collaboration over individual accolades.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills and the ability to work independently.
Interest in DIY / crafting experiences and a keen interest in gaining an understanding of and empathy for Cricut's users.
10+ years of experience as a UI / Product designer working on consumer-facing software applications on more than one platform (e.g., Mac, Windows, iOS, Android).

Product Designer
Graphic designer job in Lehi, UT
Our company (Pageport, Inc.) is launching a new product called Slant - an AI-powered CRM built specifically for financial advisors with the mission of helping 20M Americans make better financial decision by increasing the capacity of financial advisors by 50-100%.
We believe AI is the most transformative technology of our lifetimes, and that every “legacy” software product will be completely reimagined over the next 5 years with deeply integrated, vertical-specific AI replacements. And there is
no
software category more ready to be burned down and rebuilt than CRM.
CRM is the most widely adopted software in the world - and also the most hated. It over-promises, under-delivers, and is universally painful to use. Every business runs differently and pleasing a single customer often results in frustration for three others. The result is pages and pages of settings, confusing interfaces, and software that requires full-time consultants to manage.
We believe there's a better way.
We're completely rebuilding and rethinking the CRM from the ground up. In order to do that, weneed to make tasteful decisions on what product suggestions really mean and the true best way to solve core problems.
For example, does the customer really need a custom field for "favorite drink", or do they just want to tell the AI assistant to remember it? Do we really need 10 step workflows, or is there one job that needs to be done? Do they really want a report builder or do they just want to chat and find all their clients with a birthday next week?
To answer these questions well, we need amazing people. Reimagining familiar UX patterns with AI-driven patterns that still feel familiar / are easy to use is an extremely difficult design challenge. Many of our most difficult design decisions are not something you go pull good examples from Mobbin and make a mood board. These are new interactions that are being created every day, so creativity and passion for frontier technology is a must.
Design at Slant
We want to build a product that feels
inevitable
. That means world-class design is a non-negotiable. Design defines how people feel about the product. It's not a polish layer - it
is
the product. Some of the products we take inspiration from include Attio, ChatGPT, Linear, and Clerk. We use Shad as our foundational design system.
Until now, design has been led by our founder (👋 Max here). While we've managed to punch above our weight, we're ready to bring in someone who does this full-time - someone who's obsessed with craft, relentless about simplification, and excited to design systems that make AI feel invisible and intuitive.
Designers at Slant are not pixel pushers or aesthetic advisors. You'll lead product discovery, work directly with customers, and shape how entire workflows function in an AI-native world. You'll design the product's future and work closely with engineering in the implementation of said design. I think of this role as a designer / good parts of PM hybrid (no making and management of Jira tickets 🤦 ♂️).
This is a zero-to-one design role - and we want someone who wants to own it all: design systems, interaction flows, prototypes, customer calls, microcopy, visuals, and polish.
The pace of design here is fast, likely unlike anything you've previously experienced. Projects that take a team a sprint are usually scoped to 2-3 days. Design needs to make big 80/20 decisions on where to build a Figma mockup and vs when to just have a conversation with the engineer.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field that led you to an absolute love and passion for product and design
3-5 years of professional product design experience, preferably at a startup or fast-moving company
Experience designing scalable design systems and working within the constraints a good design system provides
Impeccable taste
Must be willing to work hard, in-person, 5 days/week at our office in Lehi, Utah
Salary & Benefits
$120,000 - $160,000 / year + benefits + equity
100% employer-covered health insurance
Company-sponsored 401(k)

About the Role
As OpenEd's first Designer, you'll own the end-to-end design process for our consumer-facing platform, from strategic discovery through polished execution. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and Learning teams to translate complex educational concepts into delightful user experiences that serve diverse learning needs and family contexts.
Your Immediate Impact
Months 1-3: Deeply understand our learners, families, and educators through user research and product immersion. Ship your first meaningful UI improvements to our core student and parent dashboards, establishing design systems foundations that will scale with our growth.
Months 4-6: Lead the redesign of a key product area (e.g., student onboarding, curriculum navigation, or family communication tools) from concept to launch. Establish repeatable design processes and begin building out our design system component library.
Months 7-12: Drive strategic design initiatives that measurably improve family satisfaction and staff efficiency. Mentor cross-functional partners on design thinking principles and advocate for user-centered decision making across the organization.
Success Metrics:
Parent Confidence: Do parents using OpenEd's product find it a joy to use? Do they vocally praise the experience with their peers?
Staff Confidence: Can staff members confidently and easily carry out their work via our internal tools? Can we ramp up new staff with minimal training?
Engineering Velocity: Are product teams able to ship high quality, polished experiences consistently, without design becoming a bottleneck?
Who You Are:
5+ years of product design experience with at least 3 years designing consumer-facing digital products that reached significant scale (100K+ users)
You care as much about the information hierarchy and emotional experience of the user as you do about getting that nested corner radius correct.
You can demonstrate exceptional UI design craft with a portfolio of polished, production-ready work across web and mobile platforms
You know how to balance a strong aesthetic vision with user and stakeholder feedback to avoid design-by-committee while acknowledging your own limitations.
You've designed products that handle multiple types of users within the same cohesive design vision.
You get annoyed when the user experience of internal tools is treated like an afterthought - your coworkers should get to work with world class tools as much as the users should.
You're a systems thinker: you've built design systems that enable consistency and efficiency across large and varied product surfaces
Proficiency in modern design tools like Figma and intimate knowledge of the technical constraints of the mediums you operate within (web & mobile).
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and advocate for users at all levels of the organization
Experience collaborating in fast-paced, lean environments where you've worn multiple hats and driven projects independently
Bonus Points For:
Experience designing for education or regulatory compliance focused product experiences.
Background in designing for accessibility and inclusive design principles
Motion design or illustration capabilities that bring extra delight to user experiences
Familiarity with Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) methodology
This Role Will Excite You IF:
You're energized by mission-driven work where your designs directly impact children's educational journeys and family experiences
You thrive in environments where you'll have significant ownership and autonomy to shape product direction through design
You love working cross-functionally and see engineering, product, and Learning partners as collaborators in creating exceptional experiences
You're excited to be an early design leader who will help establish design culture, processes, and standards as the company scales
You want to work fast without sacrificing quality, and you're comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Team & Autonomy:
You'll work closely with our Product and Success teams in a highly collaborative, remote-first environment. This role offers significant autonomy; you'll be trusted to identify opportunities, propose solutions, and drive projects from conception through launch. You'll have direct access to users for research and feedback, and your voice will meaningfully shape product strategy and priorities.
Reporting Line:
This role reports to Dave Wasmer, CTO.
Company Benefits:
Competitive salary and 401k plan + company matching opportunities.
Comprehensive Health Benefits: Health insurance package including medical, dental, vision, life, critical illness, accident, STD/LTD, HSA, and FSA with dependent care.
Flexible Work Arrangement: We're a fully remote workforce that emphasizes a healthy work-life balance by allowing some autonomy in work hours.
Generous Paid Time Off policy, enabling you to recharge, spend quality time with loved ones, and pursue personal interests outside of work.
Supportive Team Environment: Join a supportive and collaborative team environment where your contributions are valued, and teamwork is encouraged, fostering a culture of success and mutual respect.
