The purpose of the Fleet Coordinator position is to insure the availability of safe, reliable and efficient fleet equipment through development and implementation of sound fleet practices. The Fleet Coordinator will support the Fleet Manager in coordinating and managing fleet vehicle purchases, budget preparation, negotiating with vendors for cost effectiveness, and specification compliance. The Fleet Coordinator also supports putting vehicles into service, vehicle repair, vehicle maintenance, and warranty administration.
Job Duties - Responsibilities - Tasks
1. Provide vehicle specification revision recommendations as necessary.
2. Interface with external vendors and internal designated committees for each type of equipment to ensure best practices and compliance.
3. Prepare criteria and bid requests for equipment in accordance with company specifications, analyze bids and negotiate terms and conditions with selected vendors. Periodically review alternatives to current practices for process improvement.
4. Oversee putting each vehicle into service to ensure specifications are met and the operator is knowledgeable about the operation of the vehicle. This job responsibility includes installation of technology and related equipment.
5. Coordinate vehicle repair and maintenance, including warranty oversight and invoice review for the recovery of expenses and cost management.
6. Schedule periodic maintenance and recommend scope of work and specifications for major repairs related to fleet maintenance.
7. Oversee and schedule ongoing installation of company radios and technology, such as AVL. Provide ongoing support for repairs and upkeep of radios and technology.
8. Provide initial fuel card assignments.
9. Recommend and support movement of spare vehicles or vendor loner equipment.
10. Inspect Midwest Energy, Inc. fleet and equipment to assure it is maintained in a safe and orderly manner.
11. Coordinates bucket and digger unit dielectric testing as required. Documents and maintains centrally located records associated with testing, and ensures accuracy of results as required by OSHA and state standards.
12. Assures timely and assertive responses to inspection findings, working closely with Company Safety and Operations managers.
13. Supports accident scene investigation and the development of root cause analysis when fleet and power equipment is involved in accidents.
14. Works with Managers, Foremen, and all personnel to assure adherence to EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations in order to prevent injury, loss or damage.
15. Receive after hours calls on maintenance, breakdowns, accidents or any vehicle-related emergencies from MWE personnel. Coordinate plan of action for required repairs or dispatch of towing with the appropriate vendor(s).
16. Promote safe working habits and enforce all safety rules and regulations of Midwest Energy, Inc. Lead by example in safety compliance and take corrective action on safety violations, defective equipment, and any other practice that may adversely affect a safe working environment.
17. Keep informed regarding new developments, trends, and best practices in relevant field. Recommend changes, initiatives, etc. to management for effective processes and procedures within the company.
18. Keep apprised of changes and developments in pertinent local, State and Federal laws, ordinances and rules, and take appropriate action to stay in compliance with said rules, regulations, etc.
19. Develop and maintain internal and external working relationships for maximum effectiveness in serving Midwest Energy customers and communities. Ensure communication and exchange of information so as to present a positive corporate image, both internally and externally. Keep management informed of issues that might impact the work environment.
20. Respond to, manage, and oversee emergency response situations for the fleet.
Education and Experience
1. Two-year college degree or technical degree or equivalent experience, with emphases in utility and/or construction equipment maintenance and operation.
2. Minimum of five years' experience in fleet equipment maintenance. Experience in utility or construction equipment preferred.
3. Demonstrated sound knowledge of safety practices.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices used in the operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment. Must be familiar with DOT, EPA, OSHA Rules and Regulations.

Position Summary & Responsibilities
Position Summary:
This position is essential to provide ongoing individual and group therapy for residents of the Sexual Predator Treatment Program, in accordance with accepted clinical standards. This position is required to have a caseload of residents for individual therapy as determined by the SPTP ACPD or SPTP CPD. This position will provide training/modeling to paraprofessional staff regarding positive interactions with resident and staff with the overall goal of increasing treatment effectiveness. This position serves as a member of the Treatment Team and as the Treatment Team Facilitator, when required. This position will participate in residents' treatment planning, assessments of risk, and provide clinical information to the Progress Review Panel regarding treatment recommendations and placements. In additional this position provides information for forensic evaluations and court testimony. This position is required to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in treatment sessions. This position is also required to consult with the ACPD or CPD regarding any treatment concerns for residents.
Job Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:
Individual and Group Sessions and Crisis De-escalation:
* Under direct clinical supervision of the SPTP ACPD, conducts individual and group psychotherapy sessions for an assigned group of resident in order to fulfill treatment goals for each resident.
* These groups will include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Relapse Prevention and Good Lives as well as other manualized topics.
* Will assist with crisis de-escalation with residents.
* Will provide progress statements for annual court examinations and testify, as required.
* Will complete timely documentation of all therapy sessions and contacts with residents.
Treatment and Clinical Team Participation:
* Incumbent will attend required treatment and clinical meetings.
* Incumbent will be prepared for all meetings.
* Will serve as Treatment Team Facilitator, when required.
* Will be involved with Treatment Planning for residents.
* Will provide information to the Progress Review Panel, as needed, when individuals on their caseload request to advance.
Documentation and Reports:
* Completes required documentation in resident's Electronic Medical Record.
* Completes assessments and evaluations as assigned.
* Compiles information for annual examinations, treatment planning sessions and Progress Review Panel and testify as required.
Participation in Department Meetings and Hospital Wide Trainings and Activities:
* Required attendance at mandatory training sessions, non-mandatory training sessions, and SPTP meetings
* Will meet regularly with the supervisor to discuss treatment strategies and concerns for their caseload
Other Duties as Outlined by Supervisor:
* Provide training for staff at LSH and SPTP
* Maintain Licensure, as applicable
* Assist with other tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
* Temporarily or permanently licensed in the State of Kansas at the Masters Level in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
* CPI Certification (provided on-site after hired)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Psychology or related human service degree; licensed or license eligible in Kansas; and experience with the sexual offender population or inpatient population. Experience providing individual and group therapy; knowledge of Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, or other therapy modalities. Ability to work as a team with paraprofessionals regarding psychoeducational groups and interacting with residents.
Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements: Ability to pass a KBI background and pre-employment drug test.
