Primary Duties:
Performs Ultrasound examinations in department or at bedside to include chest, abdomen, pelvis, small parts, carotids, neonatal heads, OB/GYN, trans-vaginal, and the prostate in accordance with prescribed protocols utilizing identified scanner and in accordance with policies on Universal Precautions, safety, and waste disposal. Reports initial impressions to the Radiologist and review the images before releasing the patient. Ensures timely completion of all exams through tracking, scanning and other technical workflow as related to Radiology Information System (RIS), Enterprise Radiology Solutions (ERS) and Enterprise Electronic Record (EMR).
Provides basic information to patients and/or families concerning procedures to be performed and can answer questions if asked. Coordinates patient flow on assigned unit to maximize productivity. Ensures that patient waiting times are minimized before, during and after the procedure. Coordinates, communicates, and collaborates with Patient Financial Associates that register radiology exams to minimize delays and potential safety issues for the outpatient population.
Prepares exam rooms at the beginning of each shift and between assigned cases. Coordinates and collaborates with Technical Aides to ensure efficient room turnover. Assists with the upkeep of ultrasound equipment, adheres to all related safety requirements, and reports any need for equipment repairs. Cleans equipment and work area, wipes down assigned equipment between cases, and stocks and maintains supplies at identified inventory levels.
Assists the technical supervisor in the revision, development and implementation of lab policies, in-service programs and continuing educational programs that enhance the individual technologist's performance and skills.
Qualifications:
Must have completed training in an approved Ultrasound program.

As an AFSIM Analyst…
Your primary responsibilities will be developing models and performing analysis on sensor, tracker, communication, and weapon systems for mission-level simulations using AFSIM, with the goal of discovering useful information, informing conclusions, and supporting decision-making.
You will perform statistical analysis to find trends, assess risk, and document uncertainties in simulation results.
You will also collaborate with our software development team on improving our custom tools, including designing efficient data representations for large datasets, testing accurate interactions across interdependent algorithms, and automating production analysis pipelines.
You will likely work with a small team including junior analysts who will benefit from your experience, and senior engineers with whom you will guide the direction of projects.
You can engage in independent research projects that encourage creative solutions and reward independent initiative.
You will have the opportunity to present your work through briefings to both technical specialists and pivotal decision makers.
Qualifications
You meet our minimum qualifications for the job if you...
Have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field such as Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or another related discipline.
Have at least two years of experience working with AFSIM to conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis.
Have experience conducting statistical analysis to identify trends and draw conclusions.
Are highly skilled in learning new and challenging topics.
Are able to effectively work in a highly collaborative environment and communicate complex ideas to a variety of partners.
Are proficient to fluent in a programming or scripting language such as MATLAB or Python.
Are able to obtain the associated required Special Access Program (SAP) level access.
Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a Top Secret level clearance. Vantor is seeking a Security Business Partner/Physical Security to join our Security Team in Herndon, VA. SBP/Physical will be responsible for all operational and programmatic security for the wide variety of programs and services contracts. As the security focal, the Security Business Partner will work with business leaders, contracts, and HR Business partners on all security and protection matters. Additional coordination will be required within the Vantor Corporate Security team to include Sr. leadership, facilities, Information Assurance (IA), and Cyber.
As the lead, the SBP is accountable for interpreting requirements, developing & implementing security programs (plans, procedures, and processes), and engaging Cognizant Security Agencies (CSA) & Government Contracting Authority (GCA) to ensure critical National Security Information (NSI) is protected in accordance with policy and expectations.
This position will provide development and oversight of all aspects of program security for collateral and SCI programs to include direct oversight and management of the contract security analysts and security officers depending on the scope of the team's product and service offerings. This broad role includes the management of an overall program security posture to ensure compliance with corporate and government regulations and a focus on integrating security to become a value add an element into all aspects of the operation.
