Accounting experience

Nepotism in the department directly from accounting manager. Rules only applied to some. Angry Calls past 8pm about why things were or were not done. Gossip in the department was unbearable.

Leaving

Interview was very abnormal. Was questioned by 3 people for a total of 2 hours. All asked me the same questions

It was very low at 50,000 but the manager made it seem like it was a lot and that she can revoke your employment status at any moment

The company hires new grads and trains us well to handle tasks that lie ahead. The benefits are great and the managers look after their employees.

Same routine, day in and day out. No company culture, little PTO and non-flexible work schedule. Mostly that if I want to grow within the company, I would have to move back to Missouri to take on a desired roll

Working closely with our vendors. doing well for a vendor can mean catered food, go-karting etc.
