What you'll be doing:
· Revenue responsibility of $30-40M
· Utilize prescribed selling tools to prioritize activities and drive efficiency, as well as to document customer engagement and information (ex: Prioritized Insights and SFDC)
· Profitably grow book of business by hunting programming and all opportunities across the full account hierarchy.
· Partner with Outside Developers to drive sales through program compliance at all account sites
· Lead Key Account selling team (i.e. category experts, site development, CSM, sales engineers, etc.) to execute account growth plan
· Collaborate with Revenue Management Team on specific opportunities to make discretionary pricing decisions based on knowledge of the account and assessment of future spend potential, as well as pass BPIs based on contract language
· Exhibit high level of business acumen and sales methodologies to discover incremental opportunities and align with the customers' vision and initiatives (ex: I&D, sustainability, HR), as well as understand competitive landscape
· Expertise of customer industry buying process and ability to support product selection and standardization of SA.com products assortments.
· Engage CSM to manage customer experience and complete customer maintenance requests.
· Establishes and maintains business management relationships with the senior executive team members within customer base.
· Experience in Education, State & Local Government beneficial but not a requirement

JOB SUMMARY
The Functional Analyst, OTC D365 will be responsible for the D365 Order-to-Cash and EDI processes design, implementation, future enhancements, projects, and support.
This position will be located at our corporate headquarters in Kenosha, WI (between Chicago, IL and Milwaukee, WI area).
JOB EXPECTATIONS
* Serve as a Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) within all aspects of Dynamics including system configuration, user requirements, and system upgrades
* Be a functional ERP owner of all OTC and EDI processes and act as the liaison to the business team members.
* As a Dynamics 365 OTC and EDI FUNCTIONAL owner, you will be part of team that helps discover and define the problem statements, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations.
* You will create detailed design, and process artifacts, including specifications, and implement per the plan.
* Coordinates all testing process with business team for test cases
* You will also support training and knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding solutions that enable our team to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
* Collaborate with business team members to assist in development of new solutions which solve business challenges.
* Functional skills to manage requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, integration functional testing, manage/support user acceptance testing, Training, and hyper care support.
* Identifies existing inefficiencies, potential improvement opportunities, and critical differentiating business requirements.
* Leads review of all business cases for new features for new Microsoft releases and for internal new requests.
* Leads regression testing for new code releases for all things OTC related.
* Work with EDI VAN (SPS) on new Trading Partner implementation and Troubleshoot EDI data issues, mapping, and business processes
* Liaison with business users for new requests, evaluation, and owner of processes related to Customer Service and EDI teams.
* Contribute to the technology roadmap for the organization with respect to the Dynamics ecosystem
* Assists in the appropriate completion of all project management, change and quality control documentation using department standards
* Documenting and cross-training team members for support continuity.
* Propose modifications and enhancements to improve functionality or address any issues that arise
* Identify, evaluate, document and help to mitigate risks
* Other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED:
* At least 5 years of experience in D365 F&O OTC implementation & support. Emphasis on Sales Order Management, EDI, Accounts Receivable, Reporting and Analytics.
* Experience and strong knowledge with SPS DMEDI in a D365 environment
* Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across Sales, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners, ensuring alignment and smooth execution of OTC processes.
* Proven ability to handle ambiguity and resolve cross-functional conflicts, especially in fast-paced OTC environments involving Sales, Finance, and Customer Service.
* Demonstrated initiative and ability to anticipate challenges in the order-to-cash process, drive timely resolutions, and continuously improve system performance and user experience.
* Working independently and in teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Responsible for initiating, designing, executing, and interpreting primary and secondary data to formulate reports and make recommendations to the Jockey organization. Applies qualitative and quantitative techniques to interpret the data and produce substantiated recommendations.
* Partner with various departments to execute primary research to identify and substantiate business opportunities for Jockey.
* Develop market research plans and identify qualitative and/or quantitative methodologies to address specific business questions regarding product/brand positioning, pricing, concept testing, etc.
* Design and field surveys and qualitative guides to ensure the necessary insights are captured in the research.
* Collaborate with Data Science team to improve data collection/usage across sources.
* Explore tools in partnership with Data Science team to improve research efficiency.
* Identify and promote opportunities to partner with Jockey's data science team for more effective discovery of actionable consumer insights.
* Conduct in-depth data analyses from research.
* Develop and present research reports containing actionable recommendations to all levels of the organization.
* Partner with external vendors to deliver insights and needs.
* Manage Consumer Insights budget.
* Analyze secondary research data and product actionable reports for internal clients.
* Provide input in the development of strategies that are developed from insights.
* Monitor and evaluate industry trends and provide a forward view to potential impact.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of qualitative and quantitative research experience, supporting product, marketing, and/or brand insight needs.
* Bachelor's degree in related field (i.e. Research, Data Analytics, Merchandising).
* Previous experience with syndicated research
* Experience creating, executing and analyzing quantitative surveys
* Experience with survey software and tools (i.e. Alchemer, Cint)
* Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
* Demonstrated ability to think strategically, objectively, and creatively
* Demonstrated ability to drive projects and results and to execute responsibilities independently
* Ability to collaborate with internal and external clients and colleagues effectively virtually or in-person as required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Design and create innovative and trend-forward apparel by conducting research to create designs that resonate with the business goals, targeted consumers, and the brand's DNA.
* Work closely with merchandising team to identify white space opportunity and develop accordingly.
* Translate design concepts into sketches, technical detailed flat sketches and tech packs that accurately represent design elements such as fit type, silhouettes, construction details, colors, and patterns.
* Understand and communicate color palette needs for the men's apparel categories.
* Select and develop appropriate fabrics, trims, elastics, and branding elements while maintaining focus on quality, sustainability, and cost.
* Competitively shop the market in order to provide design inspiration and trend reports to cross-functional teams.
* Attend fittings and effectively communicate necessary adjustments needed to ensure proper fit and quality finishes.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, effectively communicate design intents and specifications, provide feedback, and ensure accurate design execution.
* Set up initial proto tech packs and communicate new seasonal designs to cross-functional teams.
* Work in a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system throughout the design process with responsibility for Bills of Materials (BOMs).
* Provide direction and market analysis for graphic tees, merchandising colorways, and graphics assortment.
* Manage and/or mentor Assistant/Associate Designers.
* Create and maintain presentation documents, tools, and samples.
* Ability to travel between offices seasonally, as needed.
* Present designs in meetings.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 5-7 years of apparel design experience, preferably in men's apparel, with strong knowledge of fabrics and trims and a solid understanding of the design process.
* Bachelor's degree in design or related field required.
* Solid understanding of design principles, garment construction and fabric selection, across multiple categories, i.e., knits, wovens, bottoms.
* Ability to interpret market trends, consumer preferences and fashion forecasts to create designs that align with current and future market needs and the brand's vision.
* Ability to create designs that prioritize comfort and fit while also considering aesthetics and fashion trends.
* Attention to detail, including trims, finishes and stitching, to ensure the quality and integrity of the final product.
* Strong knowledge of fabric and materials, with the ability to select appropriate materials, understand textile manufacturing processes and garment construction techniques.
* Strong understanding of technical execution and specifications in apparel, including specialized sewing or new techniques.
* Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
* Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

JOB SUMMARY
The Product Development Senior Specialist is responsible for coordinating and liaising with internal cross functional teams to deliver on time development for Men's Innerwear & Socks. The role will work cohesively with counterparts in APAC and materials team to drive product development for Jockey. This role will require a keen eye for detail, clarity in communication and ability to work within a global business environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Drive effective end-to-end advancement of men's innerwear and sock developments through collaboration with design, merchandising, materials, and global product development partners.
* Manage seasonal product development from concept to red seal for men's innerwear and socks.
* Initiate and orchestrate seasonal product development through timeline management (initial T&A development), trouble shooting, and proactive problem solving.
* Lead vendor allocation discussions and outcomes, collaborating with PD team members in Hong Kong and Sri Lanka.
* Be a liaison to effectively communicate with third party vendors across the supply chain on products in development process.
* Flag risks and challenges and be an effective problem-solver during the development process with both internal and external collaborators.
* Ensure clear and effective communication and documentation with both internal and external parties, including applications in PLM.
* Create and manage duration Calendars / Initial Time and Action (for each style/ project) / Seasonal Calendars (working with HK counterparts).
* Manage & coordinate the provision of all Category Sales Collateral (Sales Samples, Swatch samples, etc.).
* Work cohesively with merchandising to drive on-time calendar updates and communications related to all men's innerwear and sock developments.
* Responsible for vendor integration and collaboration associated with designated product categories.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and requirements.
* Support special projects and initiatives upon request.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* 3+ years of experience in product development management
* Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience in Apparel/Textile Management, Apparel Product Development, or related field
* Experience in apparel product development, including managing timelines and workstreams, in a global organization
