The Snowmaking Controller works behind the scenes to ensure that the on-hill snowmakers have the information, air and water needed to maximize snowmaking production. Responsibilities:

Manage the main Registrar email account, including responding to inquiries and directing messages appropriately.
Maintain Registrar content on CampusWeb and the VLGS website.
Perform daily verification and updates between Canvas and Jenzabar systems.
Coordinate ExamSoft operations for both Residential and Online Hybrid JD (OHJD) programs, including:
- Working with program coordinators, faculty support staff, and faculty on exam submission, entry, monitoring, proctoring, and technical troubleshooting.
- Providing training and distributing updates to staff and faculty on ExamSoft use and functionality.
Coordinate linking of student files between Admissions and Registrar systems.
Process official and unofficial transcript requests.
Manage Top Academic Student Award notifications.
Assist with commencement preparation, including student lineup on the day of the ceremony.
Support student registration, prepare verification letters, and assist with grade entry.
Provide enrollment and degree verifications to third parties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of four years of administrative experience, preferably in higher education environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
Ability to use and maintain database systems.
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Familiarity with higher education systems, FERPA regulations, and compliance protocols.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a diverse academic community.
Other Requirements:
Approximately 95% computer-based work.
Mandatory evening and weekend work during exam periods and commencement.
Work primarily performed while sitting or standing at a desk with repetitive motion (keyboard, mouse).
Must be physically present on campus for student interaction.
Ability to perform all essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

The Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center High School Foundations Summer Internship Program combines paid work, professional development, mentoring, and experiential learning into a robust summer experience. It is our goal to spark a lasting interest in the many career pathways available in the healthcare industry while also offering you the opportunity to practice important workplace skills.
During your internship experience, you will work in host departments across the institution, getting the chance to perform a variety of tasks and gain an increased understanding of how a healthcare organization runs. In addition to your work experience, the internship program provides a professional development curriculum to help you develop the critical competencies of communication, teamwork, problem-solving, self-development, empathy, work ethic, and initiative. Growing and developing these important skills will help you stand out as a meaningful contributor wherever your future career takes you. As part of a cohort, you will participate in a series of workshops for personal and professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
Our rotational internship model provides you the opportunity to work in 2-3 different departments throughout your summer experience. This helps you gain a broader perspective of the many people, skills and roles that come together in the care of patients in our community and the opportunity to explore different environments first-hand.
