Removes debris from the hospital grounds by a variety of means. Regularly inspects life safety equipment and keeps fire pathways clear. Repairs, patches and refinishes paint or vinyl covered surfaces on the interior and/or exterior of the building as directed. Reports all safety incidents, accidents, hazardous conditions, safety risks; and takes appropriate action to correct any safety or environmental hazards. Utilizes Maintenance Department supplies and equipment effectively and efficiently. Ensures proper security for equipment and supplies.
