Duties may include notifying management of the need for repairs and safety issues. Taking pride and ownership of your duties and or areas are crucial to success. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES General cleaning of building, keeping it maintained and in good condition Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas. Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming. Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers. Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors. Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas. Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications. Identify and report all safety equipment maintenance issues. The ability to stand for 95% of an average week.
