Monitor cleaning chemical concentrations to ensure that they comply with specifications. Use approved chemicals to sanitize areas correctly and safely. Transport line waste to dump disposal area. Use high pressure and high-volume water hoses to clean surfaces. Adherence to all safety and sanitation rules and regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Maintain a safe workplace including wearing the necessary protective equipment (PPE) Comply with SSOPs as trained. Maintains open communication and working relationships with other team members. Communicate issues and important information to the appropriate person immediately.
