Remove trash, recyclables, and soiled linens to designated collection areas. Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and stocked condition. Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures. Use proper two-way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with other employees by radio. Greet guests warmly when encountered, offer assistance when appropriate, and maintain professional courtesy in all interactions to enhance the guest experience. Respond to guest requests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Escalate requests to the appropriate department if necessary. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Assist with special cleaning projects or seasonal deep cleaning tasks. About you: What you'll bring: Minimum of 1 year hospitality experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
