What you'll be doing:

Clean, dust, and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public spaces following established procedures and checklists.
Make beds, replace linens, and replenish guest amenities such as towels, toiletries, and beverages.
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and polish floors as needed.
Inspect rooms for maintenance issues, damage, or missing items and promptly report to the supervisor.
Follow proper chemical handling and cleaning supply usage guidelines.
Remove trash, recyclables, and soiled linens to designated collection areas.
Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in a clean, organized, and stocked condition.
Comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as hotel policies and procedures.
Use proper two-way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with other employees by radio.
Greet guests warmly when encountered, offer assistance when appropriate, and maintain professional courtesy in all interactions to enhance the guest experience.
Respond to guest requests in a professional, timely, and courteous manner. Escalate requests to the appropriate department if necessary.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
