Dean Furbush is a Board Member, Chair of Finance and Audit Committee at Solutions Journalism Network; CEO and Cofounder at Kitchen to Kitchen; and Founding Chairman, President, Director at College Summit and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has experience at State University and has worked as Senior VP:Transaction Svcs at Nasdaq, Managing Director at Nasdaq, and Research Associate at Marine Corps Ops & Analysis. Steven works or has worked as Special Consultant at Economists Incorporated, Associated Partner at The Trium Group, and Chairman at Dfe Inc. He studied at University of Washington between 1976 and 1981 and University of Maryland between 1983 and 1991.

As co-founder of rSmart, Tony Potts brings more than 15 years of experience in education technology. After graduating from Arizona State University with an engineering technology degree focused on interactive computer graphics, Tony wrote seven computer books on subjects ranging from Java development to 3D graphics, then hired by his publisher (Coriolis Books), to edit their programming magazine (Visual Developer) as well as run their IT department which included creating their first web presence. In his most recent role as Chief Technology Officer for rSmart, Tony played a leadership role in the development and delivery of Sakai and Kuali open source software and services.

Ruben Castano is the Chief Executive Officer at 6Connex. He is responsible for leading all strategic and business operations of 6Connex. Previously, Ruben operated as Chief Revenue Officer for Blue Software LLC., a Danaher Company, leading a global team serving 100,000+ users, 12,000+ brands, and 5,000+ companies worldwide. Ruben’s organization helped transform a go-to-market strategy that drove disruption in an industry delivering significant high-velocity revenue growth of ACV with a 440% increase over a two-year period. Prior to joining Blue Software, Ruben served as Vice President and Managing Director, Americas at 1WorldSync, a Battery Ventures Company. In the 13+ years at 1WorldSync serving more than 17,000 customers across 54 countries, Ruben led teams turning a previously flat-level performing organization to double-digit percentage growth results year over year. Ruben holds a BBA in Management from the University of Texas, San Antonio. Ruben has lived in Texas his entire life calling San Antonio home since 1990. He and his wife Belinda have 2 daughters and in his free time, you can find him enjoying the Texas outdoors (golf, hunting, fishing) or hosting a BBQ.
