As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

Rau: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field OR 1+ years of experience as a computer technician or in a similar role. Certified as a Microsoft Certified Professional. Proficiency in computer operating systems, such as MS Windows and MAC OS. Expert knowledge of computer systems, including desktops, cloud-based systems, networks, servers, and system maintenance. Strong in performance tuning, debugging, and testing. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Good written and verbal communication skills. The ability to stay up to date with the latest advancements in hardware and software. Must be organized, detailed oriented, thorough, self-motivated, disciplined, flexible, patient and possess spontaneous decision capabilities. What We Offer: Compensation and Hours This is a full-time hourly position with a pay range of $28 to $32 per hour plus the potential to earn quarterly and annual bonuses. The position works Monday through Saturday, 8:30a.m. to 5:30p.m. Work will be performed on Saturdays and an off day may be taken between Monday and Friday at the employee's choosing. The intent is for the employee to provide Saturday help-desk coverage in the Gallery while maintaining a 40-hour work week. Overtime may be required depending on business needs. Benefits M.S.
