Responsibilities include teaching statistics courses to graduate students in our online Master of Applied Statistics (MAS) degree program, as well as teaching both in person and online undergraduate statistics courses and courses for graduate students majoring in fields other than statistics. The position also includes revising or developing online courses. The successful candidate will have excellent teaching and communication skills and provide effective and welcoming learning experiences for all students. The position involves a 9-month appointment with an initial length of 3 years, starting August 16, 2026. Renewal for additional 3-year contracts is contingent on performance and department need.
