Position Title: IT Support & Security Fundamentals Technical Instructor

Per Scholas is seeking an IT Support and Security Fundamentals Instructor to join our Remote Training Team, supporting our on-premises cohort in Denver. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, problem-solving individual with strong technical and instructional skills, demonstrates the ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic environment, and maintains a strong sense of accountability. To succeed in this role, candidates must be business-minded, aligned with our mission focus, and excel in instructional delivery that meets the high expectations of both clients and learners.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Support instructor-led training that prepares learners for entry-level to mid-level careers in IT Support. Responsibilities include daily instruction, administering assessments, monitoring attendance, providing one-on-one tutoring, conducting daily evaluations and progress monitoring of individual learners, consistently addressing learners violations, and more.
Provide learners with access to relevant resources for outside learning on technologies and study aids relevant to the curriculum.
Work closely with the team to identify learners needs, provide the necessary support, establish individualized plans for learners achievement, and participate in regular student-status meetings.
Maintain and update Salesforce and/or our LMS with learners grades, certification scores, and progress notes.
Support and maintain the training curricula, syllabi, lesson plans, and other instructional materials used in the classroom to ensure their effectiveness and consistency.
Stay current with industry trends and integrate.
Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO US
Instructional Skill Sets
1-3 years of teaching or training experience
Strong technical background; able to grasp and convey highly technical subject matter
Ability to respond clearly to live digital conversations via a digital engagement platform such as Zoom or an in-person training environment

Experience with supporting desktop hardware and software, installations, imaging, upgrades, printers, scanners, and general end-user equipment
Proficiency with LAN/WAN, routing configuration, and switching
Should be familiar with the OSI model and protocol data flow
Working knowledge of Client/Server Environments
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks
Proficiency with remote administration and remote administration tools (i.e, InTune, Remote Access Tools, TeamViewer, Bomgar)
Experience with providing direct, over-the-phone, or remote troubleshooting support of end-user desktops, equipment, applications, or connectivity issues in a timely fashion
Thorough understanding of Network/OS Security concepts and procedures
Proficiency in cybersecurity concepts and the ability to communicate security concepts
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk
Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or copilots like Microsoft/Github Copilot and their utilization in IT support workflows
Ability to write content and curriculum related to instructional outcomes and lesson plans

JOB OVERVIEW
The Course Instructor for Training Content Support at ProSidian Consulting will play a vital role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training content to empower Air Reserve Personnel Center (ARPC) and Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization (HQ RIO) stakeholders. This role involves creating engaging and effective learning materials that enable approximately 7,800 IR Airmen clients, government staff, and stakeholders to fulfill their roles effectively during wartime scenarios. The Course Instructor will collaborate with a dynamic creative team to develop animations, quizzes, tests, slides, videos, and other multimedia assets that cater to diverse learning needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Collaborate with subject matter experts and the creative team to design and develop training modules for a wide range of audiences, including IR Airmen, government staff, and stakeholders.
Create engaging and interactive training content, including animations, quizzes, tests, slides, videos, and scenario-based learning experiences.
Customize training materials to meet the unique needs of various audiences, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer.
Utilize graphics and programming software to integrate visual elements, text, and audio, enhancing the overall learning experience.
Ensure training materials adhere to the ProSidian Engagement Team's quality standards and align with the objectives outlined in the Air Force Instruction (AFI) 63-138.
Collaborate with the Learning Management System (LMS) team to deploy training content on the Moodle-based platform, ensuring accessibility across devices and locations.
Provide training to government staff on updating and modifying training content on the LMS platform.

With three campuses along Colorado's Front Range, FRCC is the state's largest community college. We enroll close to 28,000 students annually from our diverse service area, which offers a variety of cultural and recreational activities.

Who You Are
As a part-time instructor in the Physical Sciences department, you will provide instruction in all levels of Chemistry, including certificate and/or transfer levels. You will work individually, as well as in collaboration with colleagues, to develop an innovative curriculum which meets the needs of our diverse population of students. Student retention and success are your top priority. You will utilize technology and effective teaching strategies to develop students' critical thinking skills.
You may be asked to teach at different times, locations and modalities to meet the needs of the College.
This position does have the opportunity to work remotely occasionally but does require a strong on-campus presence and may require occasional travel to all three FRCC campuses.

SALARY: The pay range for Part-Time Instructors varies, depending on the type of course, the contact ratio and contact hours. Please refer to our Part-Time Instructor Pay Matrixfor detailed information.
BENEFITS: Part-Time Instructors will have their hours measured on an annual basis to determine eligibility to enroll in medical health insurance only for the following benefit period. (See:Instructor & Variable Hour Employee Benefit Information).

The selection process for the Chemistry Instructor will be conducted through a competitive, merit-based evaluation of all qualified applicants. Preliminary screening will be made on the basis of a completed application package submitted by the candidate. Completed application package includes:

Qualifications
Required Education/Training & Work Experience:
* A Master's degree in one of several related degrees listed below.
OR
* A Master's degree in any field, plus 18 graduate credits in one of the related degrees listed below.
Related Degree: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Geochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry/Science Education (maximum of 6 graduate credits can be applied to the 18 required), Materials Science, Polymer Science, Chemical Physics or Forensics Chemistry.

Job Summary:
A Jesuit institution located in the thriving Denver, Colorado metro area, Regis University invites applicants for two full-time Assistant/Associate Professors in the Department of Counseling. Co-housed with the Department of Couple and Family Therapy within the School of Mental and Behavioral Health and uniquely positioned in the Rueckert-Hartman College for Health Professions, the Department of Counseling utilizes a state-of-the-art training clinic, maintains strong community partnerships, and provides opportunities for inter-professional education and the delivery of integrated healthcare.
Faculty facilitate student-directed learning in an atmosphere emphasizing accountability and teamwork skills; as such, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in utilizing various teaching methods and an interest in working collaboratively with diverse groups of students, staff, and faculty colleagues.
We are excited to offer these faculty positions that bridge our in-person master's program and our new hybrid online Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision that launched in fall 2025. This position will serve both programs and is an opportunity for those passionate about face-to-face teaching and innovative online education. Most duties are carried out at the Interprofessional Health Campus in Thornton, Colorado. Bi-lingual (Spanish-speaking) applicants are encouraged to apply.
We seek candidates who are excited about contributing to both programs. Faculty presence is required in the office on Wednesdays from 9AM to 2PM, and for evening classes in the master's and doctoral program. This role is not suitable for faculty seeking remote-only positions.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
Have an earned doctoral degree in counselor education, preferably from a CACREP-accredited program; or have a related doctoral degree and have been employed as a full-time faculty member in a counselor education program for a minimum of one full academic year before July 1, 2013.
Licensed as a Professional Counselor or be eligible for licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate in the state of Colorado through the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies within two months of the position's start date.
Experience integrating research with practice and teaching
Specialized Expertise Preferred: Candidates who have expertise in at least one of the following areas will be given preference:
A strong record of peer-reviewed publications in counseling journals, including at least one peer-reviewed article published within the past year in an ACA- or ASCA-endorsed journal, and a commitment to collaborating with colleagues to foster a culture of research excellence.
Proven success in online teaching and curriculum design, with expertise in hybrid and online learning models.
Commitment to the values of the Regis Jesuit mission and fostering a sense of community and belonging
