Program Instructor Summary:
Develop and implement curricula designed to promote skill development for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities to enhance daily life. Create customized curricula based on the Individual's strengths and needs. Provide coaching and guidance to direct support team members in the delivery of activities. Position Responsibilities of a Program Instructor:
The following represents the primary position responsibilities, but other related duties necessary to meet the needs of the organization may be assigned.
Instruction:
Facilitate the training for specific norms of the program area and develop/create task analysis of norms.
Develop curricula in the program area to meet specific standards/norms.
Prepare lesson plans and training schedules.
Train DSPs and Individual's served on standards/norms.
Evaluate/assess Individuals for interests, dreams, goals, skill strengths, and areas of needed skill development.
Assess each Individual bi-annually on hard and soft skills. Track areas of growth and areas of need.
Create and score outcome measurement tools.
Support:
Develop plans and recommendations for Individual PCP that meet individual interests, dreams, skill strengths, and areas of needed skill development.
Maintain familiarity with individualized clinical programs and implement them accordingly
Monitor Individual's health, behavior, clothing, and hygiene and take corrective action when necessary.
Transport Individuals as needed according to the schedule
Perform and assist with personal care, including by not limited to, toileting, transferring, feeding, and showering, as needed
Communication and Collaboration:
Ensure proper record documentation by Completing and monitoring Individual's goal tracking.
Takes an active role as member of the Facilitator Team, working with Manager of Academies, Director, Lead Facilitator, PAs/DSPs, PCP, Team Managers, Life Consultants & Clinical Team.

Position Summary
The UIC School of Public Health is seeking two full-time instructional faculty to support our newly developed, fully online, asynchronous Master of Public Health (MPH) Generalist Concentration and online, asynchronous Public Health Foundations Certificate Program. Courses are taught in 8-week terms, and faculty are expected to teach 7-8 courses per calendar year, including practicum and capstone teaching/advising. Responsibilities include course development, teaching, student supervision/advising of capstone projects, and participation in concentration-, divisional-, and/or School-level service. Job Description
Concordia University Chicago (CUC) is seeking applications for a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor of Business with an anticipated start of January 2026. We are particularly interested in individuals with expertise in data analytics who can contribute to instruction in data analytic techniques in multiple industries (sports, healthcare) and business functions (accounting, marketing, human resources). Experience in and/or interest to develop courses applying data exploration and forecasting techniques across business disciplines is particularly desirable.

Responsibilities/Duties
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Teach courses in business information and analytics, at the undergraduate and graduate levels, with a particular focus on techniques and tools used in data analysis.
Demonstrate expertise and readiness to teach a variety of courses from the department's curriculum, which may include
Foundations of Applied Business Analytics (UG), Data Mining, Visualization and Big Data for Business (UG), Business Analytics Data Models and Decision Making (MBA), Healthcare Analytics (MBA), Sports Analytics (MBA), Business Analytics and Financial Decision Making (DBA).
Engage in curriculum development and contribute to program assessment and student learning evaluation.
Advise and mentor students in their academic and professional development.
Engage in scholarship and professional development in communication, media, or related fields.
Participate in service activities within the university and broader professional communities.
Support and be committed to the mission and identity of Concordia University Chicago, a university of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod (LCMS).
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate Degree in Analytics or closely related field (ABD candidates nearing completion may also be considered).
At least one year of teaching experience at the undergraduate level in communication or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to teach courses in data management, visualization, and analysis with expertise in two or more of the following:
data mining, visualization, and the use of big data
data analytics as it applies to one or more specific industries (e.g. healthcare, sports)
data analytics as it applies to one or more areas of business (e.g. accounting, logistics, human resources)
Evidence of scholarly or professional engagement in data analysis.
Commitment to student success, innovative pedagogy, and faith-integrated education.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience teaching in both face-to-face and online instructional formats, at both the Undergraduate and Graduate levels.
Industry experience in data analytics, particularly the interface between the analyst and the end-user.
Familiarity with Christian higher education and mission-driven teaching.
