Messman would later succeed Sims as CEO in 1999.
As a softening in the enterprise resource planning (ERP) market became more pronounced in the first quarter of 1999, CTP's business was affected.
At the beginning of 1999 CTP had 53 offices and more than 4,400 employees worldwide.
Executive turnover and other factors such as employee bonus payments of nearly $17 million negatively affected CTP's financial performance for 1999.
The loss in 2000 was attributed to CTP's failure to move quickly into web consulting and e-business projects.
Paula Mercadante joined Integration in 2005 as the Partner responsible for the company’s Implementation Practice, bringing with her an in-depth knowledge of highly complex project implementation across several sectors and regions of the world.
João Barros joined Integration in 2006 as a junior consultant.
A very important milestone for the Argentina Operation was the entry of Laura Gé in 2007 as a Managing Partner at Integration, and President of the Southern Cone operations.
