With over 30 years of leadership experience in the technology and healthcare technology sectors, Joe has a wealth of knowledge to use in his role as President and Chief Executive Officer at Clario. Previously Chief Executive Officer at Conifer Health Solutions, he has also held executive management positions at Oracle Corporation, Rackspace, Hewlett-Packard and Electronic Data Systems. Joe also currently serves on the board of Discover Financial Services (NYSE: DFS).

Business focused with demonstrable experience in leading growth orientated organizations Has strong management, strategic development and business development experience underpinned by extensive consulting and technical capability extending over a30+ year period. Has a track record of success at strategic levels in the Healthcare and Life Science sectors and at an operational level in successful delivery of commercial initiatives. It is largely down to this track record that Gavin established and led a $50M co-development with Lilly to create a new service organization targeted at improving clinical planning and trial design. At Unisys with the role of practice head, Gavin grew the practice from zero to a $100M P&L. Previously to Unisys, Gavin initiated and led 2 startup organizations and was a Principal Consultant at Cap Gemini. Over the last few years Gavin has used his skills and experiences to support Private Equity organizations to drive organizational profitability and equity growth. He has achieved this through 3 core activities 1. Create business and technology strategies, within Healthcare and Life sciences, that align market needs with organizational capabilities 2. Develop and execute operational plans, normally around technology platforms, and establish high performing team 3. Develop corporate development deal that add non-dilutional value to drive early exits or increased multiples High-level experiences: • Has held executive positions in startup, private and public, with demonstrable experience in driving growth and value creation • Has led global technology teams that delivered Analytics, Recruitment, Wearables, EHR, Genetics, direct-to-consumer apps and trial management solutions • Has led IT strategy for IQVIA and consulting engagements with GSK, AstraZeneca and EMEA • Developed and managed P&L’s of over $300M with 2500 FTE’s • Has led corporate deals for Lilly, Allscripts and IQVIA
