Prior to Evergreen, Frank's positions included being an assistant professor with the Fudan Economics Research Center, a member of a Shanghai government think tank focused on economic development. As an insurance sales agent at Prudential Insurance, Frank became a member of “President's Club,” the highest honor for top sales at the company and was also the owner of Evergreen Financial Services, his own successful P&C insurance agency.
