Douglas Lindsay is Chief Executive Officer of The Aaron's Company, Inc. He was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Aaron's Business, a position he has held since July 2020. Prior to his current position, Mr. Lindsay served as President of the Aaron's Business since February 2016. Prior to joining Aaron's, Mr. Lindsay served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at ACE Cash Express from February 2012 to January 2016. During his time at ACE, Douglas led all retail operations, products, marketing, merchandising and support functions, and was a key member of an executive team that consistently grew revenue and drove improved margins. Prior to joining ACE Cash Express, Douglas was Vice President of Finance at Regus, Plc / HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., where he was responsible for financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, investor relations and mergers and acquisitions. Douglas received an M.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington and Lee University
