Pros of working at Jennings Strouss

Some very good attorneys with great clients.

Cons of working at Jennings Strouss

Exclusionary company culture. Staff was separated from the attorneys for years at holiday parties and were relegated to 2nd rate facilities. One was at a place that had a dirt lot. Many attorneys treated staff with arrogance.

Jennings Strouss benefits

Medical benefits just ok, nothing special. I think they made an effort to keep employees' policy and co-pay costs down.
