Event Coordination * Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events. * Engage with clients of all ages, from 4 to 94+, by creating an environment of fun and creativity. * Demonstrate and instruct party participants in the completion of craft projects, perform face painting and other activities. * Facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags, balloons, etc. to company standards. * Communicate events with clients and store team members. * Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed. * Adjust plans and events based on client's feedback and needs. * Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed. * Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events. * Uphold the company's cleanliness and safety standards. Prepares ready-to-eat foods to individual order of customers. Prepares platters of sliced meats, cheeses and vegetable trays. Also requires safe use of knives/kitchen utensils. Adheres to company recipes and safety policies when preparing food such as chicken, pizza, sandwiches, salads and other various hot or cold food items. May operate and be responsible for cash register operations. Follows policies and procedures to ensure proper money handling to avoid cash overages or shortages.
