Schedules appointments for potential residents and their family members. Conducts tours of community and answers questions accordingly.
Schedules and supports lease signings once potential resident is moving into community. Completes initial paperwork to move new residents into community, ensuring all necessary paperwork is present and complete prior to move in.
Maintains market-specific knowledge and updates, including, but not limited to, hospitals and competitors.
Maintains current list of referral sources.
Develops and maintains new relationships to encourage and result in referrals.
Develops and implements special events to increase public awareness of and increase traffic into the community.
Monitors trends for inquiry, deposits, move-ins, occupancy, closing and move-outs and lost leads. Consistently prepares and submits reporting tools and all reports accurately and timely.
Communicate knowledge of community and industry trends to appropriate staff.
Prepares and mails information packets for inquiries.

Associate or bachelor's Degree is sales/marketing or business is preferred.
Three to five years' experience in sales, preferably apartment leasing.
Previous experience in senior living or health care sales and marketing is preferred.

Basic computer skills including data entry, email, attachments, Word documents and excel spreadsheets.
Supervisory skills and the ability to direct Marketing and Leasing functions.
Superior sales skills, preferably with experience selling to seniors and/or apartment leasing experience.

Administrative, management, and organizational skills.
Must be able to:
Possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Communicate effectively and maintain good working relations with personnel in all facility departments, other health-related individuals, and community agency personnel.

Attend approved professional meetings, workshops, and conferences related to assisted living and dementia care to meet continuing education requirements
