Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self‑sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial‑focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of major law firm and/or in‑house litigation experience, including experience with competition‑related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.

Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.

• Manages and classes, clinics, and camps to promote individual growth in athletic skills,

• Uses a variety of instructional techniques to meet the needs and improve the abilities of
players in developmental basketball.
• Assists with the planning of, and implements the Academy's instructional goals and
objectives to ensure the overall development of players.
• Works with other developmental basketball coaches toward a common goal within the
basketball Academy.
• Establishes performance criteria to evaluate players athletic abilities initially and on a
regular basis.
• Determines program strategy based on the participants capabilities.
• Encourages sportsmanlike conduct in all phases of athletic activity at all times.
• Takes all necessary precautions to protect players, equipment, and facilities, including
protecting students from hazing/bullying.
• Maintains and secures all basketball equipment and supplies.
• Oversees process of cleaning, repairing, and storing all athletic equipment.
• Organizes seasonal schedule for upcoming seasons with Head Competitive Basketball
Coach.
• Follows established procedures in the event of an athlete's injury.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
• One to three years of experience coaching youth basketball (Middle School/High School
experience preferred).
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write
correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group
situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral,
or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in
standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must have current certificates in CPR, First Aid, NFHS Coaching, Cardiac Arrest, and
Concussion at time of hire.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to abide by rules/regulations for competitive play.
