This is What You`ll Do:
Early Lifecycle Nurturing
Design and execute campaigns targeting new donors from their first visit through early engagement milestones
Use behavioral triggers and segmentation to personalize content and offers for improved repeat behavior
Develop education and onboarding flows to reduce early drop-off
Remarketing & Service Recovery
Create remarketing campaigns for donors who have lapsed within early lifecycle stages
Activate service recovery workflows to address negative experiences quickly and protect retention
Implement micro-incentive strategies to re-engage at-risk donors
Campaign Execution & Optimization
Build and deploy 1:1 campaign in marketing automation platforms
Run structured A/B and multivariate tests to improve performance, iterating rapidly to scale what works
Maintain campaign calendars and coordinate with other teams for cohesive execution
Manage referral campaigns to drive new donor acquisition through word-of-mouth and enhanced program
Collaborate with loyalty team to define handoff points from early lifecycle to loyalty stage
Share insights and campaign learnings to inform loyalty strategies and ensure a seamless donor journey
Measurement & Reporting
Track KPIs related to early lifecycle retention, repeat visit behavior, and churn reduction
Provide clear, actionable insights on campaign performance and ROI to inform strategic decisions
Maintain real-time reporting dashboards for stakeholders
Translate campaign performance to incremental business impact using baseline and A/B methodologies.

Recursion's Returnship Program
Our Returnship program is sponsored by the Women at Recursion Employee Resource Group. The program is aimed at helping those who have taken a hiatus (2+ years) from the STEM industry have the opportunity to return to the workforce in a learning environment with support from teams and mentors. This allows our company to tap into an underutilized pool of talent in Utah, and leverage the experience and skills of previous work and life experiences, while also providing opportunity to learn and develop experience in new cutting-edge tools and technology. This sixteen-week program will enable you to have ownership of projects that can deeply impact the company's mission to radically decode biology and serve patients, while having the guidance, support and mentorship has you re-enter the workforce. Data Science & Applied Machine Learning Returnship
Working alongside Recursion's Nomination Workflows team, you will engage with a cross-functional group having expertise in biology, chemistry, data science, and engineering. This team is responsible for the first two stages of Recursion's drug discovery pipeline, where we generate novel hypotheses and identify promising chemical matter. We accomplish this by building and operating a scalable, semi-automated computational system that mines our data for new & interesting starting points for our discovery portfolio. All work in this team directly contributes to improving the quantity, reliability, quality, and confidence of our early-stage program starting points.
Projects on this team include:
Program Advancement: Partner closely with biologists and chemists to advance specific early-stage programs through exploratory data analysis and experiment evaluation.
Method Development: Analyze and improve our semi-automated evaluation systems through exploratory data analysis, method development, and deployment of new data analysis methods or metrics.
Platform Improvements: Maintain, update, and improve our scientific code-bases to harden our systems, improve observability, accelerate development, and enable new capabilities and automations.
The Experience You'll Need
This role is for individuals who have been on a career hiatus of 2+ years from the STEM industry. We are seeking candidates with a strong foundational background and a passion for learning.
A strong foundation in either:
applying probability, statistics, and machine learning to real-world datasets
developing scientific software, workflow orchestration, or data-engineering
Familiarity with the Python data stack (e.g., numpy, pandas, scikit-learn).

Responsibilities:
* Work with assigned clients and project teams responsible for the delivery of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) for randomization and drug supply management
* Responsible for overall maintenance for the team's IRT systems, including oversight of the support process, identification and mitigation of potential issues/risks, and working with the client and other vendors to ensure success using the Suvoda IRT system
* Lead implementation of system change controls for studies during maintenance phase

OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE
Responsible for all Sample Processing job skills, including, preparing plasma units for freezing, preparing samples of plasma for testing, and preparing plasma units and samples for shipment.
All below listed responsibilities must be completed in compliance with federal, state, local and company-specific regulations related to quality of product, employee and donor safety, and to the proper performance of day-to-day
activities. Employees must also maintain complete and accurate records, in accordance with cGMP.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers (5%)
Perform all required duties in the area of Sample Processing (including, but not limited to): (95%)
Prepare units for frozen storage.
Collect and store samples from plasma units for testing.
Perform routine maintenance on the freezer including monitoring freezer and refrigerator temperatures and removing ice buildup.
Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping following established protocol.
Organize plasma boxes/documents for scheduled shipments and assist in loading shipments.
Manage supplies, assist management team with inventory control procedures, break down empty cartons and assist with proper disposal.
