Key Responsibilities: including, but not limited to: Construct, install, and repair structural and finished woodwork, masonry, tile, furniture, fixtures, equipment, floors, ceiling systems, and roofs. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine accurate project requirements. Install subfloors, partitions, studs, joists, drywall, rafters, tunnel and sewer supports. Install millwork, custom cabinetry, stairs, railings, trims, molding, bathroom hardware, and hardware backing. Repair and install doors, door frames (hollow metal and wood), locks, hardware, door closing mechanisms, and ADA signs. Work with concrete in excavating, forming, laying, and finishing sidewalks, curbs, slabs, etc. Perform light to moderate demolition, including the removal of damaged or unneeded structural components. Utilize hand and power tools to complete a wide range of carpentry tasks. Work with other team members to ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
