Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that arise during implementation. Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients to inform continuous improvement. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation. Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field 7 + years of experience in business development, project management, sales management or implementation roles within financial services. Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
