As a Product Delivery Manager in the Service Product Group, you will lead the delivery of products and solutions that support our Consumer & Community Banking Operations. You will work closely with operations, business partners, and product teams to ensure access roles are created and maintained in line with business needs and strategic objectives. Your expertise in project management and collaboration will help drive change, support compliance, and enable scalable solutions that benefit millions of customers and thousands of employees. Job Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, operationalization, and performance reporting. Drive change management activities and ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Manage timelines, dependencies, and blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing and effective stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong partnerships with executive leadership to facilitate decisions and alignment. Analyze portfolio project data and controls, ensuring data quality and integration with relevant tools. Contribute to long-term strategy by developing frameworks and conducting delivery analysis. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Minimum five years of experience in product delivery or a relevant domain area. Proven ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities. Strong understanding of delivery processes and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience in product or platform-wide release management and deployment strategies. Ability to analyze portfolio project data and controls, ensuring data quality and integration. Excellent presentation skills for cross-functional and executive audiences. Strong project management skills with proficiency in Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, and Monday. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. High level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills: Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics. Understanding of operations user base and their access, entitlement, and restriction requirements. Experience in dependency management and release management processes.
