Job Description:
The IP Operations Assistant role is designed for an experienced, proactive, and self-starting individual seeking to work in a supportive and team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities:

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $130,000 annually. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

**What You'll Get To Do:**
We are seeking a DataAnalyst Intern to join our team and assist us in extracting, organizing, and analyzing large data sets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying patterns, interpreting data, and presenting insights to help inform business decisions.
+ Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders Provide insights to team members to help inform business decisions
+ Assist with collecting and cleaning large data sets from various sources
+ Organize and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency
+ Collaborate with team members to identify relevant data sources and extract information
+ Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
+ Help develop and maintain statistical models and predictive analytics
+ Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and techniques in data analysis
+ Attend training sessions and webinars to improve knowledge and skills
**Program Requirement(s):**
+ Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.

**What You'll Bring:**
+ Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science or similar field
+ Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software with an emphasis on Excel
+ Proficiency in at least one data analysis tool such as R, Python
+ Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
+ Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
+ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
